when i bought the product (key fob) i didnt know it was a chinese company, and due to this my delivery was around 2-3 weeks in transit. some people have stated they are scammers but i did not experience this, i got my delivery but just had to wait.

AVOID. Chinese scam company.No product received. Automatic email reply , no real customer service. Money payed, money lost!!!

Bad service. The package arrived too late ( took over 2 months to get here) when I opened it, the screen was broken... wanted to contact customer support, they do not respond to emails or the contactform. Asked for an answer a month ago... never heard from them.. got ripped off for 5 euros but still...

Purchased never arrived. Tried to contact the website but the only way is to submit a form entering your order number which apparently it was not found. Submitted a complain and never heard of them.

Called my bank and found that pay.nl is the intermediary between customer and company. Pay.nl submitted a fraud claim towards cheaptech.nl and received my money back within 5 days with message "Sorry for the trouble, here's your money back".

Stay away from this shop.

I wouldn't even give it one star!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, COMPLETE RIPOFF.
1. Never received my product (It's been a month and a half)
2. They don't even have a customer service number or email to contact.
3. They don't even send you any followup emails.
4. They trick you by saying it's free to deliver; only after paying and checking out that they tell you that the product(s) will be delivered in 50 days. (If delivered at all).

Please always read reviews of websites before ordering from them.

I ordered an inflatable bath for my son the 21st March. I payed upfront , as of today I haven’t received my product, customer service don’t exist you will just receive automatic reply and no answer to the phone call. This website is a scam. They literally rob your money. Their website should be closedown and they should be legally liable for the scam they do. Please never use this website

I have ordered over 2 months ago now and still nothing has arrived. Tried to contact their customer service but no reply so far, would definitely not recommend.

Ordered two months ago and still haven't received what I ordered. Was told that I have to make a second order to receive the first....MUST be a scam. Ordering from any of the thousand other online stores as I am sure that I will receive that sooner than any information from this useless company.

Just after placed the order they sent a message that delivery might take up to 21 working days while there was no indication on the website!!!
I tried to contact them but there is no way to write them anything, on the website you will just turn around a circle!
Then I found a phone number on the top of page, was indicated as tool free but when I called the number it was 0.35 cent per minute and just a talking answering machine.
I think this site is a fraud, DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

The article that I ordered was not delivered and I got notified that it's not available only after a few days.

Also, It's not clear how and when I get the refund.

I ordered 2 months ago and still haven't received my order. I only found out about the ridiculous delivery times after I ordered... 25 work days which is 5 weeks! After accepting that, two whole months later (40 days!), still no product. Mind you, it was supposed to be delivered before the pandemic, so that is not an excuse! It's not "Cheap", in fact, it's infinitely more expensive if you never receive the product!

Great service! I had something wrong with my mp4 player. They helped me very well and my son is happy with it now!!

My son ordered cables at this site and we paid with ideal. After a week we got a maol that we still had to pay and no product. Phone does not work and I cannot reach anybody. We want our money back or the product, this is awful.

Website informs prospective buyers with the slogan "2 pairs of ear pads" but company delivers only 1 pair. Customer service claims that 2 pairs means one set. Wonder what one pair (say of shoes) would mean for this company.

Longer delivery, however at the end product was good. Still waiting for another part of the order to be delivered.

Absolutely Terrible! I knew there would be a long delivery time so I ordered more than 1 month in advance of when I needed the parts.

When the parts finally arrive I could see how awful they had been packaged. When I removed the outer packaging I found the parts inside.

THE PARTS WERE WRONG AND COMPLETELY SMASHED TO BITS.

Customer service is basically impossible to reach by phone - unless you want to wait an hour listening to awful hold music. When you do, finally get through to someone, they really don't care. They ask you to go to the website and submit a request there. The online complaints take days to get a response.

Generally, terrible site, although cheap, ordering anything from these guys will cost you more in wasted time!
