Ordered a banner from them a year ago which was fine after a couple of replacements. Put an order in this year and they then asked me to pay an additional £15 even though I'm supplying my own artwork so I cancelled the service now two weeks later, I'm still chasing up my refund, ridiculous service don't need to be chasing someone from my money

Complete disappointment. The artwork was modified by the designer without our knowledge and patches where put behind all of the text. Trying to ask them to fix it and resend the banner. But no one is replying. It has been 1 week now. No one is answering the phones or emails which was answered very promptly when the order was being placed.

Great service! There was an issue and before I blinked it was resolved. I will definitely use the service again!!

The photo I added come out blurry when the other two wasn't.

I have sent an email but haven't had any luck.

Also I paid for 2 day delivery and it took 4-5 days

I believe I was sent the wrong roller banners and received the cheaper version. I have emailed about this without response. However the print quality was good.

Awful, chose them because they offered 24-hour express printing and 24-hour delivery. No communication, no order, no banner for my wedding fayre on Sunday. No replies to email. No one answers the phone. £45 out of pocket. Beginning to look like a scam company.

This is the third time i have used Cheap Roller Banners. There was a confusion about the delivery date but that got sorted after a few conversations with the online team. I can't fault the quality of the banners and the affordable price. That is why i have shifted my work over to this company. Would recommend.

Easy and straightforward to order, speedy delivery, excellent value and quality

I decided to purchase a banner and tried many a companies and tried to design one. I stumbled across Cheap Banners.co.uk and tried using their tools.

To my amazement it was really simple. I did phone them to ask a question which was answered and support was given to me re my design, should it not be quite right prior to printing.

I placed my order and was contacted by the company about my design to tell me some bits were distorted and did I want them to rectify and do the artwork.

I was dubious it was going to cost me more, though I agreed. To actually find it didn't cost me any more, it was more as not to waste my more and their time.

I would recommend anyone wanting a banner to use this company. I would definitely recommend them.
