Cheapozzy advertised Office 2021 software download within 1 hour from confirmed payment. I waited 2 hours then contacted Cheapozzy by email 3 times asking for software, no response so after 12 hrs asked for refund. Software arrived 2 days later. Office 2021 software was needed immediately, so purchased elsewhere. Much cheaper and super customer support.
