Your search engine results are stupid I…
Your search engine results are stupid I asked for location YVR and all location EXCEPT one was YXX. My cousin now has to travel over 1 hour to get to the location. You provided a result I did not ask for, it’s shady and your staff is too stupid to provide service to correct their errors. I hope no one uses this online. It’s the most shady and untruthful service to offer a location I did not ask for. I did not pressure for alternative route. All results I validated was YVR except one, I dont think this is honest. You should provide details on what I want not what you want to push to customers. I hope more people realize how shady this was! And instead of owning your lack of truth your team doesn’t take any ownership for this. You should atleast apologize and provide a route except your all to stupid to affirm your company’s lack of.

We have reviewed the reservation and see that this was booked online. Once the booking is confirmed and submitted the website does not change any information. The customer booked an "alternate airport" option that was offered because it was cheaper, from what he originally searched for and appear in GREEN header and again on the checkout page and may have been an oversight. If you would like further assistance, please contact the customer support for assistance. Any difference in airfare will apply.

It is not for a voluntary change in plans or cancellation of a non refundable ticket. We regret your experience has not met your expectations.

My name was spelt wrongly by 1 letter
My name was spelt wrongly by 1 letter. Strangely, I remember having inputed the correct spelling of my name. However, when I noticed that it was mis-spelt, I immediately got i touch with ChepOair to rectify it. To rectify the mistake I had to pay $85. The interesting part about it was that two different officers over two interactions quoted different amounts. I had to argue to get the lower payment. Always be extra cautious when filling in details on their forms. Also don't copy and paste any information.
