Need refund

Hi. I bought ticket ( emirates airline) via travel2be.com . But they just emailed us a booking reference not an e-ticket. My husband flight is today at 5pm. He went to the airport with out an e ticket expecting that maybe his name will be searched in the computer. But sad to say his name was not there. And its already deducted in my bank account. So we need to book another ticket. Any help guys? Until now we haven't received any email from them. Any idea how to get back the money? Plsss helppp.
