I have ordered from this company a few times. From memory I think the first order was ok, arrived within a few days. But, the last couple of orders have not arrived within the 1-2 days specified for Melbourne metro.
The current order has been sitting in 'Order Received' (the 1st step) since the 24th of June. No response to my online chat or email enquiry. The previous order took around 3 weeks and again, there was no response to enquiries.I don't know what has happened but I think I'm pretty much done with this firm.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago for an upcoming event should have been dispatched next day. They do not respond to any messages or chats. Really poor customer service. Still waiting for a response. Will not b using these clowns again

Not sure if this business is a scam or not. I paid for a bottle of whiskey, and the order has not shown up. I've tried reaching out through their channels and no one has replied. They also don't have a number which makes it hard to contact them.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order for gifts for our clients almost two months ago, and they still haven't been delivered.

I've submitted multiple support tickets requesting an update, but I've received no response whatsoever. The lack of communication is unacceptable and has put me in an embarrassing position with my clients.

If you value reliable delivery and responsive customer service, I would think twice before ordering from this company.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

First ordered this product in May with promised ‘express delivery’.
Item never showed up 12 days later so emailed to follow up and then seen the terrible reviews on here and wish I had never ordered with them.

The company responded to my email saying ‘Unfortunately, the supplier has held up the stock, which is why there has been no movement on the order yet. At this stage, we are expecting stock to arrive by the end of this week, however this still has not been fully confirmed.’

I said I would wait again and can they update me and be more transparent in the process. Clearly they sell products on their website without having them in stock and order to demand?

Another week passed and surprise surprise still no item. Similar response when I emailed again. They offered me a refund so on the 6th June I said to refund me. The merchant said funds would appear in my bank within 7-12 business days.

One month and multiple emails later. Surprise surprise no funds received.

Listen to the reviews (like I should have) and DO NOT give this useless company money.

I’d be very surprised if anyone has actually ever had a good interaction with this merchant and ever seen any of their ordered goods.

My review is one star because I had to insert something as it would not accept 0. I purchased 8 cartons on wine in 19/5/26. After 2 weeks I sent an email which was answered by Angela who said the delivery was delayed by 1.5 weeks. Ok.
By 10/6/26 I started sending multiple emails with no response. I went onto the website and conversed with the online assistant (Brew Bear) who couldn’t help so put me through to a support dept and although I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes no one responded. In 30/6 I raised a Ticket through the website to which there has been no activity. I have requested a full refund. I have also call the phone number advised by my bank and it couldn’t be connected. Dodgy or what?
My purchase was significant as we were hosting a party which is now long since past. Please do not use the disreputable company!

Ordered some items on the 17th of June 2026. 4th of July and still have not received anything. Tried their customer support page. No reply. No contact number on their site. Seems like a scam.

I made an order 3 weeks ago. I have raised a ticket, sent 2 emails and tried contact through message (AI). Highly recommend to not buy from this company as it doesn't seem to be a legitimate company.

What a JOKE of a company - ordered a drop that is not in stores, online only which is frustrating. This 'business' advertised the product as being delivered within 2 days... well that was 3 weeks ago now and i have not heard a PEEP after following up more than once. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, they do not operate well at all. Don't risk it.

Order has been processing for several weeks with no contact or updates, they are refusing to respond to my emails, online tickets, Facebook or Instagram messages. There is no listed address or phone number on their website. This company is a scam, avoid!!

Ordered two weeks ago for 3 day delivery. Received order confirmation and they took payment. No contact since. No delivery, no shipment, no response to emails, no response to messages, no phone number. Terrible.

I placed an order in April for a birthday gift that was needed in May. When the expected delivery date passed, I had to contact customer service to find out what had happened to my order.

Initially, I was repeatedly advised that the item would be back in stock "next week," so I chose to keep my order rather than cancel it. Unfortunately, it is now July, and I have received no further updates or proactive communication from the company.

I contacted the company again to request an estimated timeframe for delivery but received no response. I then requested a refund, and once again, I have not received any acknowledgement or reply.

The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. I spent a significant amount of money on this gift and, due to the ongoing delays and lack of updates, I was unable to give it to my friend for their birthday as planned.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Reliable communication and timely customer support are essential, and unfortunately, neither was provided in this case.

No response, no phone number, no email , nothing at all. Even if you can get your money back through your credit card, it's not worth the hassle and the time you'll waste trying. Very disappointing customer service.

Made an order with advice of 3-5 days delivery. No indication that it may be out of stock and no response to the ticket lodged to enquire as to a delivery date! No phone number, terrible service. If I ever hear back from them I will be asking for a full refund and I will go to my bank and dispute the transaction as fraudulent as they have not communicated and not supplied!!!

Never received order or got a reply to multiple emails.
Have received an overseas order within same time.
Have put a dispute on the payment so hopefully will be getting a refund soon.

I have been tasked to purchase some quality spirits for my senior relative's 80th birthday. So my siblings and cousins pooled funds and I ordered 4 bottles of fancy spirits from Cheapest Liquor. The order was placed on 17June with a delivery to Sydney within 3 days. On 22June and everyday after, I wrote to customer support and dis not receive any response. On 23June I received a ticket saying they will attend to my ticket soon which they did not. It is 25June today and I am wondering if I should dispute my payment with my credit card issuer. If anyone is tempted to purchase any liquor from Cheapest Liquor despite their free shipping and $50 discount offers, please don't. It is not worth your stress and worry. I have learned my mistake... sigh.

Not the cheapest liquor if they never deliver you order. Fully paid and 4 weeks later no product. No updates, do not respond to customer inquiries, no direct contact details. Just bad overall.

Ordered and heard nothing, except for the confirmation email, for 10 days. Lodged a “ticket” and emailed and heard nothing for another week. 16 days after order had a reply, “supply issues”. 20 days Aus post notification. Delivery expected 25 days after order. Poor customer service. Avoid. Update: 2 of 4 bottles arrived a month after order. Also received apologetic emails response and news of refund for 2 missing bottles. Over a month later, still no refund.

I ordered a fairly expensive bottle of whiskey for a gift, more than a month later they still have not shipped it. I was able to contact them on chat for an update after ~2 weeks, when they said it should be shipped by the end of that week, and 3 weeks later it still hasn't been shipped and now I can't get a response to cancelling and refunding my order.

Ordered 2 bottles of rum on the 20th May. Received confirmation of the order and when I still hadn't received it by the 5th June I sent a query through the website, 10 days later and I've neither had a response to my message nor have I received my order. The live chat on their website doesn't work and the messenger link is unavailable.
