Sold faulty part

Sold faulty part. Sold part with end sheared off.
We were told rudely that they can't check every piece of equipment that is sent.

DEF GRILL

I purchased a defrost grill for the top of my dash at the windshield for my 2003 chevy S-10 p/u I called the dealer to my surprise they still make the part 2 pieces. 97.00$ each, I paid 30.00 for the part and shipping from GMP I could not afford to keep my truck if was not for cheapest GMP parts now dont stop making parts you guys are keeping middle class America moving thank you Ken

I purchased a product and it did not…

I purchased a product and it did not fit when I talked with customer sev. dept. It was as if I didn't matter and it would not only cost me postage to return it it will also cost me a "20%" restocking fee. I gave all the information including my vin number and when I pull that vehicle up it gives me the correct center hub caps for my cadillac escalade ESV. You need to do better taking care of the consumer, that is if you want them to come back to you for their needs.
