Near impossible to get a response...stressful.

Target ship date missed by many weeks. Numerous followups after getting ship date.
Used both email and called. Phone was not answered and calls not returned.
I should have checked online before ordering as it sounds like this is your biggest problem.
I wish I could do business with you again but the level of service is so poor I couldn't unless I started to read lots of good reviews on your service.
You could greatly increase your volume with better service !

I do have an account but have never ordered anything. How can they send me an email asking for a review with no purchase. Bad business asking for fake reviews.

When buying a GM taillight I was…

When buying a GM taillight I was charged a $50 core charge ,when I took the old taillight to UPS to ship back for my refund the shipping charge was al but $50,so I returned to the shop and thru it in the dumster!
