I like the 1776 tumbler, but lid broke, won't stay on. The slider part broke, need new lid. Trying to get one is NOT working. Keep getting runaround. No one knows english.so will be trashing the cup.
Ordered product and next day decided to cancel. They hung up on me twice. Finally someone told me my order was cancelled and when I asked for confirmation, they kept sending my original order saying that it is being processed. I finally received an email confirmation after 2 more phone calls requesting it. This caused my Credit Card Company to suspect this website and lock my card until I called them to explain. What a pain. Now they assure me the card was credited but my card company says it has not shown up as a credit. My Credit Card Co. is monitoring this charge for credit in the meantime and hopefully I will not need to formally dispute this and it's only a matter of time for the credit to appear. I wondered why the email could take so long to arrive so I asked where the email was coming from several times and the 2 people I spoke with refused to answer my question. The add stated product could be returned within 80 days and I wanted to avoid that so immediately next day cancelled to the story I explained above. I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WHATSOEVER! STAY AWAY!!!
