Talented stylists!
I find it difficult to find stylists that actually listen to what you want, for example sometimes it ends up way shorter than you wanted. I’ve never had this issue here thankfully, all the stylists are extremely talented. Especially with my experience with Shaven Bains. He listened to what I wanted and went on to explain exactly what he’ll be doing. I was very comfortable the entire time, and I would book with him again!

HORRIFIC TREATMENT BY STAFF AND LIED TO REPEATEDLY.
Firstly , my father spoke to someone on the phone, not once, but twice at Guilford Chatters who confirmed that they were able to do the service that I was looking for (his daughter) and then I myself called them to confirm that they were able to perform as I would be driving a very far distance to their location in Guildford, Surrey, which I made them aware of multiple times and they also , themselves confirmed multiple times that they would be able to perform the service that I was looking for however, when I arrived, the woman/stylist said They absolutely could not perform the service and she was unsure why anyone that worked there would have said that they could do that service and the way that I was treated was absolutely awful. I I was in tears and started crying as the stylist/woman informed me that they were not able to perform the service and I kept explaining to her that I had driven all this way as multiple employees over the phone confirmed could help me (these employees also were aware that I was travelling a far distance) and the salon could perform the service I was looking for. Then, as I was being shooed by the woman I looked at some products on the shelf and I was actually trying to purchase some products since I had just driven an hour and 45 minutes to get there And instead the lady was like basically pushing me out out of the store like shooing me out of the store when I was actually trying to purchase some expensive products…Therefore I would absolutely never recommend this chatter’s location in Guildford mall Surrey to absolutely anyone the way I was treated was frankly absolutely disgusting and I will never ever Recommend them or attempt to get a service done by them ever again.

My hairdresser retired and I have to find a new person. Called up got an appointment same day went in a gentleman did my root and a beautiful style. Left feeling amazing. thanks RB I think I found my new hairdresser
