Waited 10 minutes for 1 and a half people (the first one had already been started). Finally the guy tells me he can't take card payments unless I go via the self-service machine cause his card reader thing doesn't work properly.

Meanwhile there are people behind me so by the time I go via the self-service screen, I'll have to wait for more people. Why didn't he use the screen? Or better yet, wait 10 seconds? Isn't that the same as waiting for someone to verbally say their order? Wouldn't have killed you to wait 10 seconds so I can order and get my drink first. But he carried on with other people. If you think I'm waiting another 5-10 minutes for the privilege of paying 6 quid for a lousy drink, you're out of your mind.

Poor customer service. No one will ever reply your email.

I messaged the head office 2 months ago regarding the PIN of gift card that I purchased for my daughter didn’t work, thus it couldn’t be added to her app to collect points. Haven’t heard back from them at all. Went to the store 1 month ago and the manager said she’d bring this issue to the head office. Again didn’t hear back from them.

Very poor service. Was charged for two drinks instead of one at the store and then had issues being refunded as the store assistant struggled with how to refund. Came home to find a shaker inside my drink and a piece of cloth inside the drink. Absolutely horrible.
