Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the product, finding it slow, glitchy, and prone to errors like "Image Generation Failed." Customers also frequently reported issues with the service, noting that it often misunderstood questions, provided stale or incorrect information, and failed to save chats. The subscription was a major source of frustration, with many feeling it was a waste of money due to the lack of improvement and the perceived deterioration of the AI's capabilities. Some people were dissatisfied with the artificial intelligence, mentioning that it often did what it wanted, hallucinated facts, and became "dumber and dumber." However, some reviewers also found the AI useful for basic questions, brainstorming, and quick drafts, with a few even stating it changed their lives by providing helpful information.

Ugh!!! I NEED A SMOKE NOW

"I invested in this tool with the expectation that it would make my workflow more efficient. Unfortunately, it has ended up being counterproductive. Instead of saving time, I’ve spent more of it trying to make things work than if I had done everything manually. It hasn’t delivered the value I was hoping for."

ChatGPT Premium is Waste of Money in My Opinion.

This is what is wrong with ChatGPT:

- is emotionally dumb - doesn't respond to your need emotionally intelligent.
- makes mistakes even with important stuff - can lead to harm.
- makes mistakes in generating images - you have to repeat the generating process over and over again.
- chats freeze in the browser, which makes it unable to use.

Because of that and all other mistakes, this AI does buying ChatGPT Premium is a waste of money in my opinion.

Corrupted export data

Requested my data export and received it after a long wait. After finally downloading it, the entire WinRAR file was corrupted.

Requested my data through the privacy platform and waited a long time, only to receive a 20GB ZIP file full of images and corrupted files. The archive throws errors, doesn’t open properly, and doesn’t even contain my chat history. Completely unusable. I only needed my chat history in a clear, organized format from the beginning, but instead got a broken export. Very disappointing experience.

I only left one star because negative…

I only left one star because negative numbers aren't available. Do NOT use ChatGPT for any type of serious networking command lines. I really thought Ai would be good for this, as memorizing all IT manufacturers codes isn't something I have the time or desire to do. Lets just say ChatGPT gave me absolutely incorrect information, and then when I pasted the command line results ChatGPT would tell me how the command I entered was incorrect. Like, you JUST told me to use this command and now you tell me it is wrong. It may be great for making cartoon photos and such but leave the heavy hitting to other Ai models

I'm not really happy with this update.

Hi, I'm here because they decreased the chat limit. I was trying to study, and the chat was full after a few minutes. I was on the free plan, but i think this is trying to bait you into using your money for simple stuff. (omori is not my real name, it just took my google name into this website)

It has reached the bottom

I had paid version. Because it kept saying its better and no limits and blah blah blah.
It´s BS. Paid version is WORSE. And not only, it gets dumber and dumber every day.
It´s inconsistent, LYING, making fake promises (on what the app can do), and nonsense excuses.
I still trusted it that it keeps my text saved in the chats. Now my full work on my book (draft) is gone. It is saying "I can´t recover, you probably didn´t press send" wtf man.
I deleted the app, I deleted the chats, everything I was talking with it about, I seriously hate it.

I HAVE TRIED TO USE CHAT GPT SEVERAL…

I HAVE TRIED TO USE CHAT GPT SEVERAL TIMES, BUT FOR SOME REASON, IT DOESN'T WORK. I HAVE BEEN DIRECTED REPEATEDLY TO REFRESH THE PAGE AND HAVE TO WAIT MORE THAN 10 MINUTES OR LONGER FOR A RESPONSE. THIS PROGRAM NEEDS TO BE FIXED BECAUSE IT ISN'T USEFUL. WHEN IT DOES RESPOND THE COMMUNICATION IS GOOD. BUT THERE IS DEFINITELY A HUGE PROBLEM WITH THIS PLATFORM THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY. WAITING FOR A RESPONSE AND THE CONSTANT MESSAGE TO WAIT, OR REFRESH IS VERY EXHAUSTING. PLEASE FIX CHAT GPT FREE VERSION SO THAT IT CAN BE A USEFUL TOOL. THANK YOU.

Rubbish

Rubbish. It'll tell you what you want to hear, and will forget what you're talking about midway through, which makes troubleshooting something practically impossible. This is why AI will never be as good as a human.

Chat GPT has got to be the worst AI…

Chat GPT has got to be the worst AI platform i've used so far. It is by far the most incompetent and least intelligent. I paid for a 20$ subscriptions for a month with the in hopes there services would improve with a subcription, but boy was a wrong! Don't waste you're time or money trying to figure it out it's a waste of time and will have you going in circles. Google Gemini is far better even without having a subscription it tops Chat GPT.

Complete Waste of Time

Complete Waste of Time

My experience with ChatGPT has been horrible and has gotten progressively worse. Instead of giving real solutions, it takes me in circles, wastes my time, forgets what I already said, fails to follow through, and turns even simple tasks into frustrating, drawn-out exchanges. It often feels argumentative, confusing, and mentally exhausting rather than helpful. For a paid service, this has been one of the worst experiences I have had, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for clear, reliable help.

ChatGPT explains 'rules' in ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, rules are not rules in any normal human sense of the word. You can state them clearly, repeat them, tighten them, add checklists, add reminders, even add rules saying the other rules must not be broken, and ChatGPT can still ignore them while claiming to be following them.

At best, rules act as steering hints. They may slightly improve consistency, and they can make failures easier for the user to spot. But they do not operate as hard constraints, they do not enforce themselves, and they do not reliably stop bad output. So if you are expecting rules to function as actual rules, ChatGPT will disappoint you.

The Worst AI

ChatGPT is one of the worst AI I've ever used. It will hallucinate answers constantly, ignore explicit instructions, and provide so much unnecessary information that I have to sift through its response for the actual answer to my question, which may or may not be correct. Custom memories could be a neat feature if the AI consistently recalled them, but in practice it seems to rarely reference them. Worst of all, it will disregard real world physics when answering questions, giving answers that don't make sense and don't align with how the world works. I'm not talking about high level physics, you can ask it how to fit two shapes together and it'll give you an answer that is not physically possible. Every time I try to use ChatGPT it ends up taking far more time than if I would just research the question myself. I genuinely don't understand what use case there is for ChatGPT if it fails at answering basic questions, how in the world does OpenAI find this acceptable?

It misunderstands your questions and it gives wrong answers!

I have been chatting a lot with Chatgpt and I find it very useful but be careful because it often misundertstands your questions and it interpretates them instead. The result is not always reliable especially about Mathematical calculations, you would be deviated by its confusion and it would drag you down. Do not trust, always verify its answers!!! Further, it is extremely long talking and even when a yes or not would be enough it feels the need to explain why it did chose that answer and also why it did not use any other, in a few words, very often it is overdone and do not answer your original questions, at least, not always!
