I’ve generally had a good experience with Chase Evans managing my property. Whether it’s tenant queries, repairs or the day to day management of the property, things have been dealt with properly and rent payments have generally been made on time.

Thank you too to Chanelle Da Silva Laires, who has always been helpful, responsive and keeps me updated whenever anything needs my attention.

Chanelle handles things professionally, and it’s reassuring knowing the property is being looked after properly. I’d happily recommend Chase Evans to other landlords.

Chase Evans is my property agent in the UK taking care of my two properties in London. The property manager has been very professional, responsive and diligent in handling the tenant check out process of one of my properties. His response was very fast and the follow up has been quite thorough.

Have been a tenant for over 5 years with Chase Evans and although some initial concerns around the turnover in property management which made complicated following up with matters I must say I am satisfied with their current level of attention, responsiveness ans care when it comes to any issues, questions or duties. Special mention to our property manager, Mint Mok and their sales manager, Immanuel Teferi.

Kin Lee has helped me with renewing contract for the last few years - he is exceptional with reminders, general communication and follow ups.

My experience with Chase Evans was honestly horrible. They wasted a lot of my time and energy. I attended viewings for both flats in person. For the first one, everything seemed finalised, only for the landlord to suddenly decide to move in at the last second. After that fell through, they offered me a second flat, which I also went to view, but this time the landlord rejected my application because my salary wasn’t deemed sufficient, even though I had a guarantor lined up who would have covered the full cost of the property.

What was most frustrating is that the agency doesn’t seem to run a proper, thorough check on guarantors before submitting applications to landlords, so you end up finding out too late that your application is essentially dead in the water. On top of that, the landlords they work with seem unreliable and prone to changing their minds at the last minute, which makes the whole process even more stressful when you’re trying to secure a place to live on a timeline

We have been working with Chase Evans for quite sometimes now especially with Mr Mint Mok who is our property manager. He is always been responsive, very patient and very efficient. Any issues are handled quickly and it is clear that he genuinely cares about looking after the properties. It has been a pleasure working with him and we really appreciate the excellent service he has provided to us so far.

Matthew has been very proactive and efficient in solving the issue we had with the payment of Management fees. Thanks for Matthew’s top rated service as always. We have peace of mind with our property portfolio handled by Matthew.

Kevin had kindly assisted me with renting out a property very quickly. He was super quick with the paperwork and in responding to my questions which was so helpful. Even when I had to cancel at the end, he was very supportive and understanding.

Great service from Justin. He was polite, kept reminding me of policy matters, assisted in tenant negotiation, and helped finalize the rent arrangement smoothly.

I dealt with Justin. He was very diligent in following up to ensure we are informed of the contract renewal for our property and what steps were required under the new Tenancy laws. He also gave us good advice on what market rents are like and what could be a possible outcome for us few months down the line if we cancelled current tenancy and waited to get a new tenant. Excellent service.

As a landlord, we have had the great pleasure of having Mint Mok as our Property Manager recently, managing all our properties and we have been extremely impressed with the level of service she has provided.
