Can't thank Jamie and Amanda enough.
Jamie has been nothing but excellent all the way through my remortgage.
From the very first phonecall to completion day he has kept me informed with everything that was going on as I was completely out of my depth. He has answered all my questions promptly and kept in touch via emails and phone calls.
Cannot fault the service Charwin have provided all fees were explained to me upfront so no hidden costs popping up. They recommended an excellent legal team to me too so everything was sorted quickly and straight forward
I would definitely recommend Charwin to anyone in the future

From start to finish Simon was really helpful and friendly. He explained everything and helped us get a remortgage and release some equity to pay other debts. This did take a long time due to Precise mortgage asking for more and more info but we got there in the end. I can’t recommend Simon and Charwin enough. We would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

My tendency to procrastinate took my mortgage application to the wire, but on contacting Lorne at Charwin, he managed to secure a good deal for me given the current financial climate and recent world events, and made the arrangements within 48 hours of contact, such a brilliant service! It was a natural choice to return to Charwins when we needed to remortgage and to ask Mark to guide us again through the various options available. Amanda was also a great help as we had to gather all the required documentation and then with chasing the Legals when necessary. They’re a great team! Always been sceptical about reviews on social media but thought i would give charwin a go and so glad I did my credit history was not great to say the least through no fault of my doing I spoke to Lucy who got the ball rolling admittedly the process took longer than I thought but I guess with my history I should of expected it but 4 months later I can say we now have our mortgage this is all down too Lucy and Dominique I would recommend anyone to give charwin a try they worked wonders for us

Matt and Dom were excellent from start to finish. My case wasn't straightforward as it involved refinancing a bridging loan, but they kept pushing things forward and communicating throughout the process.
Matt and Dom were always available to answer questions and kept me updated when things were moving between the lender and solicitors. Their persistence and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

I CANNOT recommend Mark at Charwin enough, including Amanda and the rest of his team. I spoke to Mark initially and had a mortgage in principle on the same day. Mark & co kept me super up to date, he explained everything so thoroughly and got me exactly what I wanted (mortgage on my unencumbered property to consolidate other debts following a few consecutive difficult life events). He also helped me with life insurance.

I was never left wondering what was happening as Mark was so proactive and responsive. Service was 10/10 and I got my final mortgage offer today and hope to complete in a few weeks. Life feels lighter and I’m so so delighted.
