They don't want Veteran Traders, I know this because ChatModerator (aka Randy) told me on the phone. Many of us MAGA traders got booted for buying stocks and making a ton of money in 2025, while dano was on the sidelines waiting for the markets to crater.

I have been trying to get their 2 week trial service everytime i apply it says i have taken their free service which is not true. Then I asked my wife to apply who knows nothing about stocks and get the same message . :) Not sure whats going on

I have been trading for over 9 years and this is the best chat room I've found

This is a very poor stock picking service, with an antiquated noisy chatroom as a "bonus". So 20 years ago Daniel Zanger made a great return on the late 1990's bull market. So what? Now for $125 per month, you get a 3 times a week chart email (usually in the middle of the night so not useful for next day planning) with crudely marked up charts of a few stocks and the major indexes That's it!

No specific entry points, often no guidance as to long or short positions, and no detailed information on the WHY of how Zanger chose these stocks. Not all bad picks of course, but little or no edge in trading them makes this nearly useless.

The chat room is run by Randy, going by the handle "CM" who is a mercurial, opinionated and very emotional trader who always seems on edge. He's knowledgeable, but his constantly changing minute by minute "signals" he claims to refer to make his value to trading less that zero. When you ask him a question, he replies with vague answers that can't be validated.

If you want to know Randy and Zanger's deepest secrets, you can spend $1900 up front no refunds for their "Price Analysis Course". No information of the course content is provided. You also get a secret chat room only for the course subscribers, apparently where the secret valuable premium tips are distributed. Right, I'll pass.

I didn't like any part of this service.

My recommendation is to AVOID this waste of time and money completely. After being a subscriber for about 6 weeks, I cancelled.

Getting the 2 week free trial is impossible. Communicating with the site person about free trial issue was a waste of time. Female who answers emails was no help at all.
I had access for about a day and it appears Zanger isn't really active and apparently isn't invested in stocks as he has something else going on(?), so it doesn't seem like he's running the show. That's what I gathered in a short period of time. All the advertisements on the site regarding performance is old. Weird site.

Honestly I spent hours and much money on other trading services, but the best of them all is this one.
Thanks to your method Dan, I can now earn from trading.

Great site for the serious trader headed by trading guru Dan Zanger. He really knows his stuff and has the track record to prove it...

You're the man Dan! I spend about $600 on supplementary investing/trading services and your is definitely worth every dollar. I don't have time to be in the chat room every day but anytime I do, you all have been so helpful. Love the community vibe and trade setups you guys all find. As an added suggestion, I would love to know your exact positions & allocation sizes. I think it's a nice touch if you could do something like this.

It really is a great site. Trading is a very very hard business and it's nice to have helpful people like Dan and Randy there to guide us. CM's price action course is fantastic, really great info , and I hope to be able to utilize that info and turn it into profits.

Dan Zanger's Chartpattern has been a fantastic support and idea generator to my trading business. As well as providing a lot of value to experienced traders, it is a great place to get guidance and learn a proven methodology for the neophyte or rookie trader just starting out. Randy (CM), as he is known in the chat room, is Dan's right hand man, has his own course and technique built upon the foundation of Zangers' method, and it is very useful too. Besides the newsletter, many very good traders contribute ideas and encouragement in the chat room, which is a nice bonus, and really enhances the community feel with all the members of Chartpattern. I have been a subscriber for over 3 years now, and plan on being around for a long time.

Overall excellent newsletter. Three thoughts:
1. It would be a huge improvement if Dan told us what stocks he owns. For example, he could simply say, "At the time of publication of this newsletter, Dan is long AAPL, GS & GOOGL. Dan's positions can change at any time." This is my main suggestion. Please consider it...it would be very helpful.
2. Dan seems to have a slight negative bias towards Apple. Apple has gone from $95 to $140 in last 10 months but often is not covered in the newsletter. I know Dan recommended it at $130 but I think Dan and all of us missed big parts of that move. Please try to provide more coverage of Apple.
3. Is there a way to highlight stocks where Dan is recommending a TBA so we don't have to comb through the letter looking for TBAs (or show Top 5 Picks, or something like that).

Chartpattern has been a good learning experience.

I could not be more enthusiastic about Chartpattern.com . Dan and Randy are just about the nicest, most dedicated teachers of their craft anyone could ask for, and they care. During my time on Chartpattern, 4 years, I have /become a completely different trader. I am so appreciative of their guidance, insight, instinct and hard work. If you are looking to learn the market right the first time, and avoid wasting time and money and the need to unlearn bad habits, just start off with Chartpattern and you'll be way ahead of the curve. Dan's newsletters are fantastic and with many big money makers , you will learn so much just from reading those alone! It's mostly a swing style with explosive results. If you do not follow Dan, you are missing out on so much opportunity. Randy helps so many people on that site as well and is a huge asset to the site giving many people individual attention and coaching which I have benefitted from. Randy's Price Action Class is just outstanding. Chock full of a tremendous amount of knowledge and has shed light on loose ends in my trading that needed connecting. My head was swimming with info that just ...mind blown. My trading is already improving as a result and I am very grateful to Randy ( CM). He is a rock star in my book. A true testament to passion to teach and help others. Randy is just incredible. Many great traders on the site and everyone is helpful and encouraging. In this arena it's almost unheard of how supportive many of the traders are to each other. There is no good ole boys network which I have unfortunately dealt with much of my life. Everyone is respectful and on the few occasions someone is out of line it is quickly corrected and the productive environment preserved. Both Dan and Randy are passionate about the market and stocks and learning to read them. You can't go wrong ! Love the site .......

Chartpattern/Dan Zanger is the best at trading disciplines and making money, period! I have been a subscriber since 2003.

While just having written a review of Chartpattern .com I feel I have somewhat left it incomplete by not mentioning the Team in greater detail each one performing a vital part and doing so very well. Adriana is your first point of contact and deals with the administration and is always very pleasant ,CP who is the technology expert has improved and continuous to improve the site tremendously ,CW is the moderator of Chat and keeps order among the 400 members.
Most important Dan"s protégé CM who has trained under Dan and is extremely (I do not say this lightly) skilled .Honestly one day I would not be surprised to see him break even Dan"s record. CM also loves to teach and is also very transparent with his transactions .Most important like Dan he loves what he does.

If you're going to learn trading you have to get chartpattern.com its a must to become a successful trader, its full of helpful information and your dealing with the best, just there newsletter will help anyone make money. 2 thumbs up
