Fell for the advertising which they stole from another site. Item arrived and was not only 5 sizes smaller than their measurements bt also made from cheapest fabric not suitable for anything other than lining !

The dog toy worked a maximum 20 minutes, the dog appeared to love it! Running away and barking constantly it was having fun for 20 minutes. The ball in the plush started to give off a burning chemical smell and stopped rolling. I put it off let it cool down tried it again it started recording anything said and repeated it!! Wouldn't roll and burning smell again. It may be a possible fire hazard! Disappointed will take it into trading standards in the New year.

Scam scam scam. I've tried to get my money back and keep getting emails telling me it's not a scam.
The logistics company does not have any record of my shipment, the number is "UNKNOWN"
I should have done more research before buying this. I will be informing the social media platforms of this scam they are permitting on their sites. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company is stealing peoples' money. The "active, moving" dog toy, is a piece of cheap rubbish that does NOTHING. You can buy similar in Poundland. Reported to authorities for fraud.

Do not use.... sent items that are not as described. I ordered and interactive toy. Came with a speaker in it. They replied too my complaint saying the toy makes a sound. Now their email will not allow me too reply. Con absolute rubbish.....

Bought a bouncing singing ball for my dog which was encased in material with foam and zipped, second time my dog used it the zip fell apart although the bouncer and foreign song was still working, so generally a waste of money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered the magic water kit- its tiny, cheap and all in Chinese! They are now refusing to give me a full refund. AVOID!!!!

I ordered a duck shooting game I see advertised on Facebook. I upgraded to the lights and sound and score counter, and extra gun and balls for my grandchildren for Christmas. We'll it did arrive but rammed into the smallest brown cardboard box. It is the cheapest toy I've ever seen and parts missing. It's meant to move around as you try and shoot the balls into the ducks mouth. There was no wheels in the box to attach to the duck. I emailed the company and got a reply saying I didn't upgrade to that version although I paid the dearest price advertised, it also talks in what I presume is Chinese, it certainly isn't in English. I emailed the company back saying its not fit for purpose and wanted a refund and I'd return it at their expense . They offered me a £10 refund in which I declined and still asked for a full refund. They have since offered me a full refund without returning the item but want me to close the case that I opened with PayPal, I don't think so. I've escalated the case further with PayPal so just waiting for the decision. Do not buy from this company, I don't know how there getting away with selling such cheap crap that's only fit for the bin.

Would have scored 0 if I could have. Have waited 2 months for delivery and still not received my item. Have requested a refund but heard nothing from them! Appalling service. Wish I’d seen the reviews in here before ordering.

Got the large duck game and it came stuffed into a small cardboard box.. it makes a noise but doesn't move because parts missing.. cheap looking and broken.. dont know how to contact them

I bought a toy from this firm. It wasnt as described. It was really cheap plastic. It was supposed to be electronic - it wasnt. When i complained to them they said “Sell it to someone else that wants it”. It ll cost to much to return it so I guess thats it. I ll never buy from them again. Buyer beware comes to mind.

Awful don’t buy from this company! I ordered a smoothie bottle nearly 2 months ago. Still haven’t received it and they haven’t replied to any email or fb message I have sent. My next option is

What a load of rubbish. Inferior quality. Won’t last any child long before it is broken. Buyer definitely beware with their products.

Be very careful, we received a bag of yellow foam balls which appear to be the ammo for the shooting game. I note that the vast majority of comments on the site are about how good the shooting game looks not how good it is. Beware we have not received the game itself.

If I could rate them zero I would .The puzzles I bought were entirely unsuitable for the age group.They consisted of many small pieces which would be a definate chocking hazard to small children .I couldn't have given them away as the boxes they came in were bent and damaged .They refused a full refund or return address but promised a 10% refund weeks and weeks ago.This has never arrived and I am sure by now it never will so they have taken my money . I will NEVER do business with them again or recomend them. It is obvious they have no intention of ever honouring this promise.They are a disgrace and nobody should buy from them .

The jumpsuit is tacky and badly sewn. Sizing is all wrong on every level. Should not have bought this! Do not buy. What a con! I'll probably only get part of my money back, if I'm lucky n keep emailing...

My mum is awaiting a refund for a dress which looked nothing like the picture and they are only offering a partial refund which is not good enough! I’m now claiming via my credit card Company but this bogus company should be stopped from trading! Do not buy from them!

My jump suit arrived but the quality was very poor and the sizing is all wrong.
I continually asked for a returns label but heard nothing so I went to PayPal to raise a complaint.
Chatlia now say they will refund my money if I cancel my PayPal complaint which I’m not prepared to do as I don’t trust them to fulfil their side and refund me!!!! L.Stevens

Refusing to give me a return address. Has anyone been able to return anything and get a refund. I asked immediately I received so still within 14 days. The customer service is copy and pasting standard responses that don’t match my questions. Awful service and very suspicious!
