Our experience using Charter Travel was absolutely fantastic. We have just come home from our amazing holiday in Orlando and the help we received from Leah was truly exceptional, from when we booked the holiday and being extremely helpful with any questions we had during the process. She’s a credit to your company and we will definitely using yourselves again for when we go to Florida again. Thank you again for everything.

Organising a Florida holiday for a large family in March 2028 is quite a detailed task. I had a lot of information, different dates, and various locations to coordinate with Andy, not to mention having to follow the strict instructions of "She who must be obeyed" (because as we all know, whatever the wife says, goes!).
​Andy was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He was consistently polite, courteous, and incredibly helpful. He always responded to my emails very quickly, and absolutely nothing was too much trouble for him.
​Before booking, we shopped around a number of different travel agents to compare very similar itineraries. Andy and Charter Travel managed to come in at least £2,000 cheaper than any other package holiday provider we looked at.

I booked with a different travel company originally and it all went wrong. I contacted Andy at Charter travel and he has been absolutley amazing, he is so understanding and helpful. He booked me a new holiday and i am so greatful for everything he has done and will be recommending him to friends and family.

We have used Charter Travel for many years and Danny (who usually completes our bookings) is so friendly and helpful to us when planning our holidays. This year was no exception where we had to arrange two connecting flights and a car to a small island in Florida. Everything was timed to perfection and completed with such professionalism 5 star service! Thank you

Andy from Charter travel was fabulous during our booking experience for our Orlando 2027 family trip. Nothing was too much hassle for him, he was super efficient and quick at getting quotes for us and changing villas, car hires etc so we could tailor our holiday to our needs and he also helped to make it as budget friendly as possible. Searched for Weeks for a company that will help us book a family trip to Orlando well in advance, to help soften the financial blow, then I stumbled across Andy from Charter travel, he managed to book us the villa location we was after while accommodating very strict dates. Even after me giving the incorrect dates initially, he went the extra mile to help us adjust. Thank you Andy. We now have plenty of time to get excited! If your looking for that special get away, use Andy from Charter travel.

I wanted a quick response so as to make a decision and look at prices. Before making my decision I contacted another organisation. They made one call which I missed. Than sent an email telling me they had looked at my request and attached nothing. Charter not only responded, I got a breakdown, email, phone call, my preference to book my seats straight away. He also confirmed all my details within the same night and this made me feel confident in making my booking with them. Excellent service and theme park tickets explained and added.

Responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was organised to suit my requirements with expertise and efficiency. As reliable and helpful as always. Charter Travel find all the opportunities, places and organise everything, all I have to do is choose which I prefer.

Dealt with Peter again for booking our family trip to Disney Florida. Second time he has helped us and must say he is extremely polite and helpful. Very knowledgable about everything Disney. We travelled to Sri Lanka and the Maldives in April. We booked through Gerard who expertly guided us with our booking. I can honestly say the holiday was fabulous from start to finish. The hotels were all amazing and when I contacted Gerard with reservations about flying through Dubai with the ongoing conflict he quickly sorted us with new direct flights from London. Sri Lanka was so much more than we imagined and the guide we spent the week with was brilliant. One week was not long enough and we intend to go back! When we do return we would definitely book with Charter Travel again. We have used them several times before and they are fantastic to deal with. The Maldives was also beautiful. We stayed on Kuredu and found there was lots to occupy us. My husband isn’t a great sunbather so we were able to golf, play tennis, pool and paddle. The water was beautiful and swimming with turtles definitely ticked off another item on my bucket list!! Thanks for a great trip and many memories!!!

I had always wanted to go to the Maldives for my honeymoon. My husband to be was not so excited about the idea of lounging on beaches and swimming, so we looked at two centre holidays. We found that one of the common places to add to Maldives was Sri-Lanka. We both love wildlife, so the idea of elephants, leopards, monkeys etc was very enticing.
We looked at a few travel agents and they didn't seem to offer a whole package deal with lots of different excursions, and they were expensive.
We eventually came across Charter and Gerard, who is the expert on the area, offered a fully planned out itinerary to get the most out of Sri Lanka, and a selection of Maldives hotels. This was fully flexible, so when we said we wanted to add in a river trip, or take out a temple, there was no issue whatsoever, and the price was better than anywhere else we had seen.
I was a little dubious as I had never heard of Charter, but when we arrived we were immediately picked up by our driver, who stayed with us for the entire time. He drove us around in an air conditioned vehicle and took us to a variety of places, where he showed good knowledge, explaining religious customs, history and wildlife. Each place we had private tours rather than a big group. Every hotel we stayed in was beautiful, a wide variety of food, great air conditioning, views and pools, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
The Madu River Safari is one of the most beautiful sceneries I have ever experienced, and I highly recommend Yala, Udawalawa, Ella etc.
We then went onto the Maldives for a week and there are no words to describe how much of a paradise this is. Again a beautiful resort, great food, drinks, pools, watersports, views, beaches and staff who are out of this world.
I believe Charter have experts in all areas of the world so I will definitely be looking to them in future for holidays.
