I wish I could give zero stars

I wish I could give zero stars. My order from Charmsoff arrived with several charms completely broken – links snapped, pieces falling apart right out of the box. It looked like it had been mishandled or was just poor quality from the start.
I've emailed their support multiple times requesting a refund or replacement, attaching photos and my order details as proof. Weeks later? Crickets. No response, no acknowledgment, nothing. They simply refuse to engage or honor any kind of return.
This isn't just bad service – it feels like outright ignoring customers once they've got your money. Save yourself the frustration and money: steer clear of Charmsoff. There are plenty of better jewelry sites that actually stand behind their products and communicate. Total regret.

Shocking service order 4/11 got 3 bare bracelets with not charms saying they would follow, I hear nothing.., then when I email asking wear my charms are nothing!!!! Be very careful. This was a present for my daughter I’m devastated

Still haven’t received my bracelet from…

Still haven’t received my bracelet from ordering on the 5th of Dec. I’m extremely disappointed. Their website says 3-5 business days shipping which is what I expected and it is FALSE!!!! This was supposed to be a really special gift for my niece moving out of the country and now I have nothing to give her before she leaves. The tracking says nothing about where my order is or when it will be here. I spent $60 and expect better. Awful customer service. I want my money back.

I love the bracelet but I got one wrong…

I love the bracelet but I got one wrong charm, and three were missing. We got a card saying they were out of stock and that somebody will contact us for that, but that didn't happen. Refund would be a fair deal.

So far….not good

Order was missing items

The ordering was easy. The delivery took a long, long time from China. I’m happy with the charms I got however I ordered a mystery bag of 10 charms as well and instead of the mystery bag I got a 3rd blank bracelet that I hadn’t ordered (I ordered 2 bracelets, a number of charms and a mystery bag), I’ve emailed customer service and got no reply, no chance of getting it on time now for my 10 year olds Christmas presents and these bracelets were top of their list, very disappointed after such a long wait, I wouldn’t order again

RIP OFF SITE STAY AWAY

Never got anything, ordered Nov 25th

Ordered Nov 25th....has not even been posted. Forget about asking anything by using their WhatsApp option as it's a robot, only automatic replies. Really disappointed as this was my treat that I'd saved up for and it looks like I won't be getting anything including my money back. I really wish I'd checked here first 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Customer service is absolutely garbage

Customer service is absolutely garbage, the website says the items are tarnish free and waterproof. False advertising, I reach out for replacement and they tell me they can’t help because of the time I placed my order. No wonder you can’t leave a review on their actual website.

It was delivered on oct 21, I reached out December 8th. Approximately 48 days of wearing the jewelry and it has tarnished that should help with the timeframe of how fast it tarnished.
