Everything was beautiful my wife enjoyed both the necklaces. Ordering was was easy and I took advantage of the discount for a second necklace. THE DESIGNS WERE OUTSTANDING. I was surprised how fast it was designed made and delivered.

The design was perfect and when I asked for an adjustment on one of the designs, it was made seamlessly!

The piece of jewelry that was crafted came out spectacular!! My girlfriend simply Loves it.

Beautiful one of a kind jewellery! The process was simple and easy to follow what stage my necklace was at in the whole process. The personalised design come through for me to approve and I loved it, you are able to make changes if you wish but I was happy with the first design! I received regular updates and once my necklace was made and dispatched I received via Royal Mail the next day.

What an experience! I placed an order for 3 necklaces with 3 gift boxes. After hitting submit - I realized I had submitted for 300 gift boxes and 2 necklaces needed to be in a different metal! I quickly wrote an email to customer service and Amanda credited 297 gift boxes and changed my metal choice for 2/3 necklaces! Elisa's creations are amazing and my mother and sister loved them! Thank you for creating such beautiful wearable art pieces!

The website was easy to maneuver and I was updated on all steps along the way. Elisa, my designer, did an amazing job on the design, I was very impressed with everything. My daughter in law loved the pendant and wears it all the time. I would recommend Charmlry to my friends and family and I will definitely use them again.

I randomly came across this site online. I lost my soul mate in August and now I am able to wear his name around my neck every day. This is a very meaningful piece of jewelry and I am thankful for the opportunity to have it.

I bought one for my mom for Christmas & one for me! Everyone we show thinks it is so cool & personal! I fell in LOVE with my first design but did not like my mom's so I sent back for revision! That is one of the best features of buying these charms...you approve the design before it goes into production! Friends have asked where I got it from & I say CHARMLRY & send them a link to check it out themselves!
