This is the best customer service I've had in a while. They were able to facilitate a custom order, were very responsive over emails and went the extra mile to resolve things when the delivery provider (DPD) did not deliver on time. Very happy with my brownies too, of course. My biggest weakness in life truly is Charming Bakery/Finch House's Cookies n Cream Brownies! Will buy again :)

Got the bestsellers as a gift from my sister for my birthday. Absolutely delicious brownies...My favourites were the salted caramel and the raspberry blondie. They still tasted great after a week too, as I was rationing myself. Loved them so much I immediately ordered some for a gift for my brother. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Brownies are apparently ‘awesome’... just had a text from the recipient.
I hadn’t realised the box was not letterbox sized... so the birthday delivery yesterday failed but was successfully delivered today. Had I realised I would have checked if the recipient would be home, or suggested delivery to a neighbour.

The brownies arrived on the requested delivery date. They were delivered to my daughter and her husband as a treat for us all over the weekend

I cannot recommend enough the Charming Bakery. The products are amazing, great choice of brownies and cakes. The presentation is beautiful, lovely range of tin boxes to choose from. Also the service is efficient and deliveries on time.
