I bought a sweet custom gift for my girlfriend through Charm Bear. My gift arrived late gowever Charm Bear and their customer service more than made up for it. They supported me through every step of the delivery until it arrived and i must say, their customer service is some of the best I've ever seen. As for quality of product it was wonderful and exactly what i was hoping for. Nothing but props to the team at Charm Bear, 100% would recommend buying from them, i know i most likely will again too.

I accidentally added two of the same item I was hoping to purchase and emailed them wanting a refund and they got back to me immediately and were very polite as well as refunding me very quickly, great customer service

I received my rose gold ones last week and I am so so happy with them. They are so much better quality than I was expecting! Haven’t had them long though so have no idea how they will wear! So far so happy though ☺️☺️ and having had a problem with my order (my fault 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️) the customer service was outstanding- prompt and polite and then problem was fixed immediately and money refunded in to my account in just a few days.

Amazing customer service. As my daughter has an Irish name they were able to inform me that they could spell her name correctly on the item before I ordered. The product is amazing and quality is also excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

I placed an order on the 8th December received an email to say the order had been shipped but provided no tracking number.
I still have not received my item and I have emailed multiple times one person told me it was delivered another said it's in the mail they can't track it for me as royal mail doesn't do that. I have received no help in finding my order at all.
Would not recommend this company

What a wonderful company, I accidently put the wrong date on a charm, they responded promptly. Then I put the wrong colour down, emailed them and they altered this for me immediately. Friendly, warm, very helpful and professional team. Thank you- You turned what could have been a nightmare into a dream.

I ordered a necklace (Christmas gift) early November. It is January 11 and I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted the company and have sent back and forth 13 emails. They state it was received by me, but it was not. Then they said they will send another one, and it’s been 2 weeks, again no necklace. I will NOT order from them again.
