It's a scam. They place a hold on your money when you're in trouble and then don't assign anyone to come out to help you. So you lose time waiting for nothing in the end.

I am FURIOUS about the lousy service I have just experienced. I waited for hours for your roadside assistance, while your website indicated that an emergency service was on its way. But guess what? NO ONE showed up!
Tried to contact you multiple times, but no response! No phone, no updates, and even my emails are NOT being responded to. This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS and totally UNACCEPTABLE.
How can a company that claims to provide fast and reliable assistance be so bad? You are simply leaving customers out in the cold without any form of communication or solution. This is pure negligence!
I WANT A SOLUTION NOW! No excuses, no empty promises—just ACTION. And immediately! If I do not receive a response today, I will not hesitate to take further action.
I expect an immediate response and a suitable solution. Do not make me wait any longer!
With great dissatisfaction
Took them about 4h to arrive after they said they’d be there in 30mins. They didn’t do a diagnosis of the battery as advertised, it was just a guy on a motorbike jumpstarting our car. Pretty expensive for bad service.

Paid 60 for nothing, they have cancelled the towing request after 2 hours with no explanation..but charged for the cancellation of corse, thinking to report it as fraud. Only italian speakers, pathetic serice / company / whatever you would call it
