I am devastated. I have ordered two items. They only resemble to actual purchased items. It's supposed to be a purple coat dress. Its like a chewed up dressing gown. And a velvet jacket. Which not even made out of velvet. This is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Tried immediately to return the items but company is giving me false address. It is all over the web for scams. I don’t know how could I be so silly to fall to their Facebook advertisement.

I thought I'd ordered a lovely cardigan and got a disgusting top that was nothing like it. It took ages for anyone to respond to my email about returning it and now I haven't enough time to send it back to get my money back and I have to pay for shipping costs etc.
Do not buy from this website it's a scam!

Please do not purchase from the company. The items are made from very poor quality fabric, they don’t fit well are not lined and are nothing like the images on their webpage. I have requested a refund and refuse too even though I’ve explained the item is too short. Luckily I didn’t pay the full price of £129 and got it for £44 but still an expensive mistake. Wouldn’t have paid £5 for it at a jumble sale. I wished I had read these reviews before ordering please don’t risk it.

I bought 6 dresses and all of them were very poor quality and not fit for purpose. Basically they lie in their marketing. I have requested a refund. They now ignore me and I am now forced to send this letter to them. I will take the action noted in my letter: Hello,
I am writing regarding my recent order placed via charlesolivialondon.com. The dresses supplied are not fit for purpose due to poor quality and do not meet the standards described at the point of sale.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. These items fail to meet these requirements.
I therefore require a full refund of £266.70 within 14 days of this email. If you do not comply, I will:
Initiate a chargeback/Section 75 claim with my card issuer.
Report your business to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.
Leave detailed reviews on public platforms regarding this experience.
Please confirm the refund and provide return instructions immediately.

If I could give no stars it would be more accurate. Messaged first to check uk firm and quick postage- I was lied to. As soon as I realised dress was being shipped from China I attempted to cancel because of misinformation. No luck was told it was in transit , I could return and get a refund once it was delivered. Took weeks to arrive. Emailed them often to be fobbed off. Eventually dress arrived and as I suspected it was sub standard for the price. Emailed numerous times to ask how to return for a refund. Guess what! No acknowledgment.
