Very very bad customer service

Very very bad customer service. I ordered 2 bags from here and only received one. I contacted customer service and they emailed me a tracking link and thats all. I explained the situation but they have not replied to my emails.

No customer service for products that have failed or have issues.
Purchased a bag last September and its already falling to pieces
Shocking quality and wouldnt use them again.

Misleading website

My mum ordered me a handbag from the Charles & Keith UK website on 16th June so that she could gift it to me on the 22nd - and it's still not arrived. As soon as she purchased it she got a tracking message for the purchase which was in Yuen Long! It's only just arrived in London on the 21st and still not delivered. Mis-marketing if you say UK website, pay in pounds and still comes from another part of the world. I can't comment on the quality of the bag as I don't have the yet!

I purchased a Kora Metallic-Accent Moon…

I purchased a Kora Metallic-Accent Moon Bag, an Agatha Chain-Strap Shoulder Bag, and a pair of slingback kitten heels from Charles & Keith. I had a great experience with the products overall. The parcel delivery took around 4–5 days, which was slightly longer than expected, but still reasonable. The products themselves are excellent, and while the prices felt a bit on the higher side, the quality justifies the cost, making it good value overall.

I”ve bought several items from Charles…

I”ve bought several items from Charles Keith, order was delivered quick however my recent order has left me totally disappointed with the company. The customer service is unreliable and ecms global the delivery outfit is very very poor. One of the order is yet to be delivered even now. This company is unreliable. Not good for emergency purchase. They promised 1-3 days delivery but is over 10 working days. Don’t think myself and family will shop from them again.
