Claudia has been amazing!
Claudia has helped me over the past few months during the search for my next car. I'm really picky with specification but she has been so patient with me and helped get everything I need. I've now chosen not to replace my current car for the time being, but will definitely return to Claudia at Charles & Dean when I am ready to look at this again.

Spoke to a geezer called Oliver, for a refinance got me an amazing apr rate compared to currently what I was on before. No issues was quick and responsive email and phone call. Would recommend will be back once I’m ready for a new car

Exceptional service and communication from start to finish. Andrew helped me over several months to find the right finance product for the biggest car purchase of my life. He took his time to explain the process and benefits of each. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack & Gracie who were fantastic from start to finish in helping me purchase my dream car.
