Driver NEVER SHOWED UP for 6:00am ride to the airport. I called them and they said I could get a ride with”someone else” had to drive ourselves and pay a large parking fee covering 10days.

Glad I called Charlene's safe ride a a great experience.

The representative taking reservations was not the most professional of people. She was slightly rude and her demeanor can greatly "put off" many potential customers. Also, for Duke students, it should be emphasized that the $30 is only between Duke and RDU. I think it would be a greater service if Charlene's did not cheap out on giving students rides to Belmont/places close to campus. I will be looking for other cab services.

The driver was prompt and courteous. The trip went well and I have no reservations about using them again.

my flight into Raleigh arrived almost 45 minutes early and the driver was already waiting for me. very nice and great driver.

I was lucky to find Charlene's when looking for an airport service in Durham. I have needed to travel to Durham quite a bit recently for family issues and I knew I could always rely on them. Great value, timely and reliable service, great follow up and confirmations.

Driver was friendly and professional, arrived on time, and got me to my destination quickly. When I requested receipts for my finance department, CSR responded within 10 min. Will definitely use CSR again.

We have used Charlene's every time we go out of town on a trip. They are reliable, and it is good to know someone will be at the airport to get you when you get back. They call you at the airport. They come to your home right on time. The driver's are nice and the cabs are clean. A good deal all the way around.

My driver John was very kind and I enjoyed the time very much. I hope John will take me to the RDU airport again.

I recently used Charlene's Safe Ride because I had an early flight. I have used other taxi and shuttle services in the Raliegh Durahm Triangle Area and others are cheaper but I've had close calls when drivers showed up late. And that was for mid morning. I needed a service I could trust to show up when the rest of the world is asleep, and Charlene's rewarded my trust.

What really makes a difference with Charlene's is their dispatchers: all are polite, very friendly and attentive. Jen, the daytime dispatcher, was very kind while patiently answering my questions, booking my reservation and taking my credit card payment. Besides that, I received a great service from the driver. Even complimentary bottled water and a wakeup up early morning! Highly recommended service1
