Thank you so much the £150 pounds will make such a difference that is 2 gas cylinders coming into winter, since I applied I have got cancer and feel the cold a lot, but thanks to you I will be warm and toastie.

Having made an initial application 2 winters ago this now comes into my email automatically, making the whole process seamless. The money arrived in my bank account 2 days ago, a full 24 hrs before the confirmation email that is been successful! I am so grateful 🙏 thank you

The fact that we can get a payment from…CHARISS
The fact that we can get a payment from your selves to help with our winter bill is such a great help. It helps to stop the worry of being able to pay bills. Also the bundle we received last year was fantatic.
