Great customer service!
I initially ordered a 3-1 charger that did not work when I received it. There were issues with reaching the company to ask for a refund or replacement. They did reply a few days later and advised that they had been having IT issues and would send a replacement. Unfortunately, this did not arrive so I did ask for a full refund. I was then provided with the refund straight away and also offered a free more expensive device which works beautifully. There are not many companies who would refund you and also give you a more expensive new device. I will certainly shop with Chargit again.

Hi David, glad your devices are all charging, the lights should not flash on this unit. There is a light for 3 charging areas which should go solid when it detects a device is charging. Please do get in touch if it becomes an issue.
Great products... Not so great service!
A great website and great products, unfortunately I had to return an item and found it difficult to communicate with the seller. Both emails given on their website came back as "address not found" which does not make a first good impression! Fortunately after a long while and threatening communication on "chat" I finally received a reply and the exchange was made.But not a FULL refund of the price difference which is poor. No wonder Amazon does so well and sell the same products.

The original charger you ordered worked but unfortunately was not compatible with one of your devices, we gladly offered to exchange it. We refunded you the difference less the additional P&P to send the replacement so we did refund you the full price difference.

I ordered two iPhone and watch charging docks. They are exactly as described and I thought the quality was very good. They work well and look nice. I am very happy with my purchase
