Great product, turned up after a few days. Was 24 hour tracked but didn't receive a tracking number. Only downside no reply to my email. Other than that I'm a satisfied customer. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

Fast delivery, missing 40 NMN tablets
I ordered NMN and CLA, NMN in 2 patches, 120 and 60, I received the orders in 48 hours, the CLA is as ordered, however the NMN number of tablets was not correct. It was 100 and 40, means it was 40 tablet missing, I wrote to them 2 times, i did not receive any reply from them.

As a regular customer for a number of years, am always very satisfied with both the products and the service. Never had an issue or a problem with any of our transactions - always delivered in all regards - unlike with many online retailers, I don't have to think twice before ordering - highly reliable. Also communication is excellent, with prompt and helpful updates and speedy responses to any queries.

I am relieved because I have always found them to be reliable in past. They are a good company and their products are excellent quality.

I was shopping around for collagen…
I was shopping around for collagen powder supplements in 2kg. Amazon's prices are up and down faster than a yo-yo, depends what day depends what price they charge even with Prime. So after a few shop comparissons I decided Charge was the best option for price.
The order process was easy and the transaction went through, basic comms regarding order being shipped and no tracking information, which is unusual with todays tech. This made me a little uneasy. I've had issues with orders from other Companies being delivered to a house 10 doors down even WITH tracking and GPS tagging upon delivery. Shipping tracking would be great. But this may be what's keeping the cost down?
My order arrived a few days later. In a carboard box and biodegradable packing chips.With an added 10% off everything voucher included which was a nice touch.
This isn't a website I had heard of before so was a little cautious, but paying via PayPal gave me a sense of protection but, it IS a legit business and process. Great value products that seem just as good quality as items purchased at almost twice the price elesewhere. I shall be returning and may even look at their other products. But as for the collagen, bovine in origin. It was a great purchase.
Buy with confidence.
I didn't have any dealings with customer service as I didn't have any issues with the order. Customer service can make or break a review. So I may be back to edit this review one way or another depending if customer service fails or flies high with the best.
For now, I WOULD definitely recommend Charge Products.

They did not post the product despite…
They did not post the product despite paying over £6 for next day delivery, terrible communicators. My bank had to refund me what I paid for the supplement, and for the over £6 delivery charge. After disputing the poor service my bank accepted my dispute.

Total rubbish ! you ordered standard next day delivery then text me on a Saturday asking where your delivery is when you didn’t pay for Saturday delivery. You were advised to contact us on Monday when we are open ,you were then rude and offensive, you were told your order would not be shipped ,your account banned and your payment refunded, before we could refund you ,you opened a dispute with your bank ,that means we can’t refund the dispute has to be settled thia the banks whitch means you now have to wait longer rather than 2-3 days now 2-3 months , dont u look like a wally now ! basically you couldn’t cock this order up any more if you tried ! , so quit with your lying BS ! next time don’t act like a 5 year old and take the correct saturday next day saturday delivery , your order details so every one knows what bs artist looks like.
