Amazing Customer Service
I ordered a coin from Chards and to say that the customer service here is AMAZING is a major understatement. I am not in the UK, but have a person there that I have orders delivered to and so my payment was coming from outside the UK. I had some issues with the bank getting the funds there, and I was able to work with the Chards customer service team to get things worked out. They were extremely kind and helpful in providing me information to give to my bank and very, very patient with me. I cannot thank Chards enough for such a wonderful experience in purchasing this coin. THANK YOU!

First time I have used this company
First time I have used this company, I usually use Hatton Garden Metals, will definitely use Chards again.
Overall very good service, two small negatives are the cost of delivery (not expensive, but a lot of bullion dealers are free delivery) and a printed receipt enclosed would be good as this saves time printing it off at home.
But otherwise definitely a very good price and definitely worth checking out before making a purchase, many thanks

Another painless transaction. I was given the option to choose a dispatch date via an e mail link which was nice. The Royal Mail delivered it 2 days later as they sent it to the wrong delivery office.
