Having placed a couple of random orders…
Having placed a couple of random orders and the team were able to consolidate them to one shipment and one post cost and arrange the day for delivery (signed for).Having looked around for best Britannia price, peer to peer, auction sites etc etc and came back to Chards again as the best, so will not be wasting my time in the future and just go straight to Chards. pricing even tells me how much over
Spot I am paying.

I have a long history with Chards and…
I have a long history with Chards and am more than satisfied with them. In the past I did try a couple of other dealers or high pressure salesman as they turned out to be but quickly returned to Chards.
Their website is full of useful information that helps you guide your purchases and actually teaches you about the coins history, value, metallurgy etc.
If you haven't tried Chards you are missing out especially as I find they're the cheapest about.
Find them on YouTube and see Lawrence, the company owner teach both the experienced and newbie alike about all things precious metal.
Out of 10 I would give them 11 and its very deserved. I hope people will find this review useful. All the best, Graham.

I had some coins to sell back to…
I had some coins to sell back to Chards, i had never sold back before, so i called up to see how simple it might be. I got Thimothe on the call, very professional. he gave me the options, a courier could call with a box at my convenience on a saturday, and then collect the box on the following Monday, (am or pm). I could call up when the box had left me to agree the spot price, or alternatively take a gamble on the price when Chards received the box on the following day.
Simple.

Brilliant in all respects
I have used Chards numerous times and have always found their service, product range and customer care superb. This purchase was no different, website was easy to use, found what I wanted easily, pricing was excellent, shipping was inexpensive, in fact for a 48hr insured shipping was obviously subsidised as in the past for a similar order from a different dealer I would have paid much more. Oh, and I got a fractional Blackpool Rock as well!
