Exceptional service
Just received my latest purchase and wanted to share my experience. I was very impressed with the whole experience, first the website is very easy to use, has excellent descriptions with lots of detail on each coin, their communication was superb with just the right amount of information at each stage, their pricing is also excellent and although you do pay for shipping it’s obviously heavily subsidised and I appreciate the the excellent way the packaging is so carefully done to protect the contents, even with such a small order. It is shipped quickly using recorded and 24 hr delivery. I love their regular YouTube episodes, ranging from short to longer episodes featuring Charles, an interesting character and very knowledgeable. Not to miss that you even get a Blackpool Rock sweet! I highly recommend Chards to you!
