The order arrived by courier overnight - a great surprise to receive such good service. Been using the product for a couple of days and well worth the money as it incorporates both NMN & Resveratrol - less capsules to swallow.

W have been using this product for three months now and feel that I can comment from personal experiences.
I have improved sleep, reduced joint pain,lost a little weight without and change to my lifestyle and my skin’s elasticity has improved.
I am 65 year old man and will continue to use the product as I think that the benefits are there for me

I have looked into your order and can provide you a short summary below:
Your order was at 15:24 on Friday (11th August), which is after the cut-off for same-dat dispatch.
Our shipping policy states that this can then be dispatch the next business day (Monday 14th August). It was dispatched therefore dispatched on Monday (14th).
The courier tried to deliver on Wednesday (16th August), at 14:44, but was not able to reach you as phone went to voicemail. This would have meant delivery would have been 2 days from date of dispatch.
The couriers tried again on Thursday (17th August) and the delivery was successful.

I do apologise for the inconvenience this caused you, we do prioritise customer deliveries.
Based on your feedback, we will review the policy and checkout process so that it is clear that business days are the metric.

A quick update: your order was placed after 16:00 on the 31st July, so was dispatched yesterday (1st August) from our Johannesburg warehouse.
We expect it to take another 1 or 2 days to get to Plettenberg Bay (as it is not a main centre). We have looked at the system and your order will be in George tomorrow.

Card payment not working
Products are often out of stock and when you email them, they do not reply. Card facility for payment have not worked for the last 8 hours.

It seems you are dissatisfied, and we apologise for this.
1. Your initial email sent on 15 June 2023 from Extrutek************ was flagged as "Spam" by our email server and sent to the "Spam" folder. We have asked our email hosting company to look into this so it doesn't happen to you again.
2. As we advised you when you contacted us about the payments problem you were experiencing - there were no issues from our side, nor from our payment processor (Payfast). We did check with them immediately.
We were receiving transactions as per usual and we had 2 staff at the office make purchases from the website and they did not have any issues.
This would mean that is was a specific issue with your bank / account on that day - and not an issue with our card payment facility.
