the service was very good in general. It would be helpful if the staff was a bit more prepared to answer questions about the product. I love the charango case we bought, except we noticed the edges of the felt padding material inside the case is already peeling off. Keep up the good work.

Good experiences, good products.
I have ordered a few times from Boliviamall/Charangomall and have not had any issues. It can be a little a little anxiety inducing to order from a vendor shipping from a foreign company, but my orders have arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and fully intact.

The Charango bag I received is great. However, fairly soon after I placed my order I had several fraudulent charges from foreign merchants hit my debit card account. I cannot recommend using a credit or debit card with this site because of this breach. Perhaps using PayPal is the best choice.

Even though my charango case was…
Even though my charango case was shipped from Bolivia, it arrived within a week of my order. The case itself needed to off-gas a bit for 3 days, after which it was fine. But the case is durable with a little compartment for picks and small items. My Charango fits in the hard case like a glove.
