I cannot recommend Chapter One (in particular, Jack Bilton) highly enough. We set up an appointment in October 2024 with Jack to view a number of new-build plots and potential plots in Paphos.
On arrival, we were promptly contacted by Jack, who collected us from our hotel to visit the various sites while giving us insightful history lessons, advice on various neighbourhoods, and introducing us to the developers. We were also very impressed as Jack is English and speaks fluent Greek, so he was able to break down barriers very quickly. Jack took several days out of his already busy schedule to take care of us and get to know our specific requirements. Even when we found property on line, Jack was there at the end of a text or phone call to provide sound and no nonsense advice.
Although we did not purchase a property at that time, we have made some fantastic contacts and are keeping in touch for future plans.
All in all, a very professional and personal service and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Best home buying experience, Ever! And I’m 68 so have bought several homes in my life.

Jack was professional, efficient and punctual. Having only spent 4 hours in Limassol prior to this trip to buy a home, I was certainly a challenge having little to no information of neighborhoods or areas. Jack’s team back at the office, was working as many hours as Jack, researching, calling developers, etc. because of the time pressure imposed by my short stay. On top of all that, Jack contended with the daily text intrusions by my family telling us where to go and what to look at with patience and grace. As I began to think this was not going to happen because I didn’t allow enough time, Jack found me the perfect home, and I do mean perfect. The location, the size, everything I wanted and more! He negotiated a great price with the developer and I could not be more pleased!

And that’s not the end of the story. Jack knows and is highly regarded by the banker and lawyer in Cyprus I worked with. Since returning to the US, he checks in with me regularly to make sure all is on track and he has reached out to them or to the developer to resolve my question or concern. The experience could not be better. It is my first time buying a home in another country with all its requirements, paperwork, etc.

I referred Jack to my niece and nephew-in-law and they may have been an even greater challenge since they started in Paphos, then decided Limassol, but ultimately bought a home outside of Paphos. They, too, were pleased.

I have saved the best till last though: it was a blast! Despite all the pressure and my ignorance, Jack had me continually laughing. It took the pressure off and made what can be a laborious task, so much fun. Best. Agent. Ever!
