The costumer service was good, they helped me offering an alternative of what i originally wanted. However, on the website said that a bike was in stock but it wasn't.

Great bikes, comfortable ride and very pleasing to the eye! The Collingwood staff are amazing too, very helpful and knowledgeable :)

Highly recommend these bikes. The style and finish are unlike any other brand. The service I received was exceptional and the boys knew their product extremely well. Only took 3 working days for Sydney pick up and I'm over the moon with my matte black El Toro 29er.....

You cant be sad while riding a Chappelli.............!!!!

Disappointing that I need to give it 3 stars, because I do like the bike. However, when I went to pick it up the guy who was there didn't even know how to tighten the brakes (I was told the mechanic had already gone home..but honestly, you don't need to be a mechanic to be able to tighten simple pad brakes). So I left the store with a front brake that wasn't tight enough.

In addition, 5kms into my first ride my handle bars began rotating when I was at full speed - the alan key bolt hadn't been sufficiently torqued. All was fine when I re-tightened it, but disappointing nonetheless.

All in all - you need to take a bit more care when assembling the bikes!

Despite this, I do really enjoy riding the bike and I've received many compliments on how good it looks.

They pride themselves on the riding experience rather than the riding accessories, which suited me just fine.

We visited shop twice and phone called in between once >>> excellent service and excellent bike that is value for money (groovy too!). Visited on Saturday to pick up bike - not enough staff that day at least. Shop full of people and the sales person trying to keep everyone happy; he was under the gun but still smiling.

The bike is amazingly light and fast when riding, mantaince is simple as there is only one gear. I absolutely love this bike, would defiantly recommend this to a friend.
