Don't buy anything if think it won't fit because they will not accept any returns or refunds. The information is hidden and they use as an excuse the sale ofer as last sale. This is a lie as the sale is always on so they will never let you return anything. It's a scam. Do not buy anything from their website.

Delivered quickly despite a scheduled delays! Excellent customer service too. My email asking about when my item would be dispatched was answered within 24 hours and everything came as planned!

While some products may be more expensive on Chantu Beauty than some other Korean skin care websites, if you are in the Netherlands like I am, getting the products next business day makes the additional cost (from other companies that will take weeks or months) worth it. In addition, there were several additions in my package that were little "gifts" that were very pleasant surprises to find. I will certainly be using Chantu Beauty again in the future.

I got the cutest present in my order from them, they gave me a face mask and a really nice spray for in my hair, they even wrote a cute smiley on the packaging. They products are really good and the give you a description about how to use each product which is really helpful. You can search skin care by routine or your skin type which I think is really helpful.

I really recommend chantubeauty.com. They sell good quality products, send your order quickly and in a super pretty packaging. They even take the time to give you advices about skincare if you need. I’ve bought products from their website a few times now and I’ve never been disappointed !

Fast shipping, and everything else was amazing too!

Products are good. I’m not a fan of packaging what they did, no free semples in box (I had order for 66€ + discount). And delivery was very long but they had notification it will be long

No tracking information. It take long time to answer, to get the tracking number, to send even if in Netherlands.
Everything else is ok.
