DO NOT HIRE CHAMPION EXTERIORS! Our condo association hired Champion to replace our roof shingles. The job required several large dumpster containers to be dropped off so that the old shingles could be thrown into them. My wife and I witnessed the container which was placed on our driveway after I was contacted by Champion for approval to do so. When the container was filled with roof shingles it was then removed and not placed on my driveway again. After the container had been removed, my wife and I again came down to inspect what had been done, we then noticed that our driveway had been cracked in two places. Our driveway prior to the roof job, had no cracks in it at all. I know this because I power wash the driveway each year and had I noticed these obvious cracks, they would have been addressed. I called the foreman who ran the job and he set up an appointment for me to meet with a "concrete person" to discuss the problem at hand. Again, my wife and I made a special trip down to the condo to gather at the designated time given to meet, but the "concrete person" never showed. I tried calling Champion several times while leaving messages on the voice mail and three times with the receptionist. Each time I asked that the OWNER RON FRAME, please call me to discuss the cracks in my driveway. Finally one day, OWNER RON FRAME called me and told me that the container was never on my driveway, it was on my neighbors driveway who he had contacted for approval to place there and that he was not paying for anything to be repaired. He then accused me of trying to get a new driveway at his expense. LIES, LIES, LIES. The container was not on my neighbors driveway and he did not contact them for approval of placement of the container because I called them and asked if that was true? Again, LIES, LIES, LIES. OWNER RON FRAME then hung up on me just as anyone guilty would do when they won't admit to their mistake. After a few days had passed, I wrote OWNER RON FRAME an email which described our phone conversation and I requested again that he fix my driveway. I gave him five business days to respond before I would write this review and let everyone know all about his ignorance and what should have been done, that is fix my driveway. OWNER RON FRAME never responded so this is the first of many communications that I will be sending out about this man OWNER RON FRAME and his company. DO NOT HIRE CHAMPION EXTERIORS!
Update: The office manager for Champion Exteriors contacted me and accused me of trying to destroy the company's name by posting negative reviews everywhere possible on social media. She also told me that she would be reaching out to the company attorney if I did not stop posting negative reviews. I told her that she should do what she had to do and that I would continue the negative postings until the company fixed my driveway which they damaged with their dumpster. I also told her that I WAS NOT GOING AWAY UNTIL THEY DID!
