Ordered a sample in September - never received even though I was provided tracking which was useless

Made an order worth over £2,500.00 on 16th August 2022. Waited 2 months for them to be delivered. When UPS arrived they wanted me to pay £494.30 for import and duty fees. We rightly refused delivery as we purchased from a UK company and nothing was mentioned of any duty fees.

Waited 2 weeks for them to pay the duty fees, but nothing. Tried chasing them several times but still nothing. Made the decision to pay the fees myself so I could receive the items I had orders over 2 months prior. I emailed Chambers to inform them and requested they refund me the £494.30, to which they said that they had conveniently also paid the fees the same day.

Tried getting a refund through UPS but they refused, and Chambers have ignored me ever since. Now their website is down and their phones are switched off.

Avoid!!!

Ordered 4 T-shirt samples on October 3rd. Obviously I haven’t received them or had ANY correspondence back at all. These guys have stolen £100 off of me.

14 days yet not shipped. Customer service sucks no replies.

Customer service is non existent. I ordered a sample well over a month ago, I have sent countless emails and called countless times but have had ZERO response. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour for any business, especially somewhere that is charging high prices for blank garments.

Still have yet to receive my hoodie having ordered on the 30th Nov. No communication from them either via phone or email.

I ordered a sample and paid for express delivery meaning the order should have been dispatched within 1-2 days if the delivery, which it was not. It’s been 2 weeks and my order hasn’t even been dispatched. I’ve email them 3 times and I’ve not had a reply, I will be getting a refund as soon as possible.

My order never arrived and I can’t seem to get in touch or get a reply from anyone on any platform

No ordered items delivered, no contact. can't get hold of the company.

I still haven't received my order and it has already been more than a month time

Please avoid at ALL costs.

I placed an order during their ‘pre-order’ period which could take up to 6 weeks to fulfil the order. It is now over 2 months and I still haven’t had NO update.

I have emailed multiple times and even rang their business number, no-one responds.

Chambers By Q are clearly scammers and I have lost in excess of £160 which I doubt I will be able to recover that money.

Please do not use them!

Ordered weeks ago, paid for extra fast delivery, not a wink.

I have emailed multiple times with zero reply, they don't answer the phone, yet keen prompting me to review so here I am.

If the situation gets rectified i'll alter my review, but as it stand what more can i say.

Do not order from these scam artists. Chambers by who? Cause it seems like there’s nobody home.

Took £100 and dashed off with it. Genuinely furious with how pathetic this company is, i will avoid at all costs in the future and my goal in life is to ensure that nobody deals with this rotten company again.

I purchased a sample on the 13th of October and now its the 27th and it still hasn’t come, I paid for 2 business day delivery and nothing has been done about it, disappointed to say the least, I know their products are high quality but I’m just frustrated that customer service isn’t.

Dealt with these guys for a while now everything was on point specially the colours.made a big order for my brand and the colours are not the same as they advertised on their photos. before the colours looked the same but now totally diffrent . The communication was great at first but now it's a joke nobody answers the phone I get a email maybe once and then nothing I also done the return application label review and that has been left unattended also it took them 6 weeks for my order to come and that was late also promised a reimbursement didn't get one. I don't know what is going on but but I had to put down a bad review because of this. Its sad because everything started well and the colours was great before but now not the same and the communication is very bad now all needs to be done is send me a return label so I can get my refund

Even though I received a product that was processed differently from what I ordered, I was told that it could not be returned.
Since then, there has been no reply to any contact from us, and the online return application has also been left unattended.

It's so bad it seems like a scam.
I had my money stolen.

Ordered a hoodie 3 weeks ago and was expecting delivery within a few days. Nothing arrived, I’ve emailed, phoned and messaged but not had any replies. I suggest you don’t bother with this company, unless you want the hassle of sorting out a chargeback from your credit card provider.
