Challenge Strata Management have demonstrated no respect for Legislation

I have owned and lived in apartments in Sydney since around 1979. I still own two Sydney Apartments, currently rented. I purchased an apartment Gold Coast Queensland in March 2015 after I moved from Sydney to Gold Coast. At first a different strata management was managing the Silverton Apartments Gold Coast. There has been a few different changes of Strata Management agents for me to have contact with over this long time of owning different apartments. Never before have I had to use legal avenues to get my basic rights respected as an owner occupant until Challenge Strata Management commenced management of the Silverton Apartments. The staff have in the past ignored my emails and refused to talk to me on the phone. I have been treated with lack of respect. On two occasions I have had to use the BCCM to resolve my basic rights under the legislation , including approval to have a telephone and internet connection.
