challengecoinsltd.com Reviews

Very easy to work with the team and the graphics changes requested were coming back in less than 1 hour.

Company was very fast on responses. Did exactly what we were looking for. Easy to work with. Only thing that keeps from 5th star is I repeatedly asked for the contact name to change and it is still filed under a previous name even though since initial proof and contact (4 proofs total) I have been the POC and only name for the purchase.

The proof and quote were in my inbox the same day! Mark returned emails very quickly and was very professional!

Pleasant, Professional and extremely simple process in teh coin confirmation.

Very fast responses and pleasant help with designing coins

I quickly received a quote and proof that looked great the first time!

The design proofs were great, quick and efficient, and when I had an issue trying to place the order online, I was able to speak with Michele on the phone and she helped process my order. Great service all around!

Simple ordering of coins. Webside easy to manage and customer serve on point.

We received quotes from numerous companies for our Challenge Coins and Challenge Coins Ltd. was by far the best to deal with. Incredibly helpful

I’ve used Challenge Coins LTD numerous times with several different units. The coins are always great looking. The team at Challenge Coins LTD is even better. Everytime I call them they are more than happy to help with anything by I need from mods to purchases.

Easy to use site and you provided quick feedback.

The experience with the company was great. They are great to work with and try their hardest to get back to you in a reasonable time. They were able to take our mock up and make it into a great design and when we had a few requests to change it, they got those back to us in a couple days. We just placed our order and it was a very easy process as their ordering form explains the information it needs and where to find it.

I had difficulty ordering what I wanted online and called to get assistance. Michelle was a great help and was able to help me complete my order.

Second time ordering more coins the process was very quick and easy. Thank you!
