First of all they give the worst quality cheap products, delayed in delivery and they will not inform if item is not in stock yet they will charge you full amount won’t deliver to you.
Recently I found out they sell your credit card information, specially international credit card where I’m the victim.
Customer care agent MD. Tushar didn’t help me at all.
So for your safety please away from the frauds.

I invested indirectly in this company but recently ordered two boxes of shuttlecocks as a regular buyer. The delivery person arrived with both boxes in unacceptable condition: one was opened, missing its lid (allegedly lost during transit), and the other was haphazardly sealed with tape. After inspecting the shuttlecocks, I was shocked to find that nearly every one was visibly defective. The entire experience felt like receiving a box of intentionally discarded, low-quality items. This is not just poor quality control; it feels like a deliberate scam. As a result, I will neither invest further nor purchase their products again

On the positive side, if you absolutely cannot or do not want to go to the market yourself, and paying such a high price does not bother you while you have plenty of time, then you can certainly shop from Chaldal once in a blue moon.
Do NOT order if you dislike wasting money or if you are short on time.

Pathetic lil company.

1) They don't give you a shopping bag with your products, so I bought my own bag, and they used my bag to deliver "fish" to some other customer, and my product had the smell of fish.

2) They sold me coffee that was supposed to be free for every buy 12 get 1 free

3) I bought 1 item with a shipping bag. They ran out of the item and sent me the shipping bag and charged me for the delivery. By their support team, apparently, "shipping bag," which is an optional "add-on," is a product, so they sent me JUST the shipping bag.

I asked for a refund, the pathetic company said, "We will send a delivery guy to collect that 9 BDT bag, and then we will refund you."

worst service they provide. they dont deliver products timely. lying customer about proroduct availability .
for 2 cosecutive orders they harrased me giving their medicine through banglameds.
They said their drugs were available, but rescheduled later saying that their products are unavailable. just disgusting.

I ordered some groceries from chaldal.com and i saw broken product seal and when i compared their price with other shop, i found that the price was really high than others. Not recommend others to shop from chaldal.com.

Very bad! They don't maintain any time. I had a paid order, they were supposed to give me yesterday. Our family was hoping for the order to arrive for the first iftar. Thanks for ruining it.

The live chat persons and the phone call both persons does not care about customer's expectation. They never via any message neither to delivary mam nor to their higher authority. They think themselves all knowing person. They are self centerrred. Does not have any experience and get this job by corruption. Otherwise they should atleastcare what cistomer want and it is their job. All of them should loss their job immediately if chaldal owner or authority wants to ran their businesses. Otherwise many customers will quit this and switch to other online shopping portal. Police should check their business permissions and the NBR should double their taxes. Even the delivary man took away the bag that I purchased online and said showing reciept I did not purchased bag. But I am 100% click the bag. What a miser online business!! Allah must not bless them.

Absolutely horrendous service. I did not even place an order. I was browsing this site. They started calling my relatives in Dhaka on payment verification. My relatives had absolutely no clue why Chaldal kept calling and started bugging them. Then they started delivering some stuff in increments and asked for money from them! Kept calling all throughout the day. Stay away from this site. Scammers.

They are caring for the customers and keep track of their needs.

Horrible experience!! I order a product and paid with my debit card but later chaldal customer care called and told me they don't have that product in stock and they are canceling the order. I asked for a refund and initiated the process. It has been over 2 months and after long conversations with their support I still couldn’t get hold of my refund money.
