Good prices and quick delivery !

NO DELIVERY, POOR COMMUNICATION.
With over £1400 spent on SW MOTECH, over a month later I am yet to receive the items ordered and have been unable to make use of the few items that I have received. This wouldn’t be so bad but my requests for delivery details has been ignored and I am substantially out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER

Orderd from them on 27th august ,still not recieved what i orderd and paid for, have given up with it not even been issued a refund or reducing the price of item orderd,not good at all ,i will never use this company again ,they are rubbish company

The Barkbusters Standard Mounting Kit I wanted was not in Stock when I ordered it.
Chainspeed kept me informed at all times regarding the progress of my Order and finally I received the Kit some 7 weeks later - Post Free.

Quite possibly the most helpful shop I've ever used, even hand delivered the item so it wasn't late "exceptional"

When I ordered the product I was not told it was not in stock and had to follow up. Communication could be better. The goods ordered were fine when they arrived, it would have been nice for them to have been proactive with their correspondence

Phoned chainspeed with a problem that my garmin sat nav would not connect up to my intercom they suggested a BTM03 bluetooth adaptor which works
Very well instruction from sat nav and music from sat nav and phone connects ok thanks very much nothing is a problem to them

Great service and price will use again. The parts purchased fitted easy and good quality.

Paid for next day delivery and left a note saying it was needed urgently. Didn't get it until three days later and a pattern part was sent instead of the original as ordered.
Explanation of why a pattern part was sent and refund of extra postage wasn't given until I asked for it. No explanation given for the delay delivering it or why they ignored my comment.

Great business to deal with, fast efficient and great prices.

Great service, wasn't their fault they ran out of stock I had to wait for delivery but they kept in touch and kept me updated.
Definitely use them again.

Good website, good price, good service. Delivered promptly. This is the kind of service that you would expect from all online retailers, but don't always get. I have used them before and will do so again.
