Company took action to prepare my order without any fuss with break neck speed. From the time I placed my order to having it delivered to my door was 2 days. Brilliant. The Log Horse only came with…
The Log Horse only came with instructions to assemble the Chainsaw Holder, with the pages reversed. I'd seen reviews from people stating that the instructions were difficult to follow but they'd managed so thought I should be alright. I did eventually get it assembled after disassembling and going again several times so that it would look like the photos as my only guide.
Then I finally got to positioning the chainsaw into the clamps and find out that it's probably not going to cut much as it's too short. The was nothing on their website advising, or even recommending, minimum blade length. On emailing them, their response was "We apologise that a minimum size bar is not listed and we will look at getting that updated" and then eventually they suggested selling me a new chainsaw!!! They did agree to me sending the log horse back and they'd assess it and possibly give me a refund, but I'm totally out of pocket if they decide not to so will keep it and offer this review as a warning to everyone.

Most importantly, the quality seems to be up there. I had sprocket nose failures with another brand, something that had not ever happened before. The replacement part has performed as it should. The rim drive sprockets are wearing better than the husqvarna ones I had been using, so very happy there as well. Will be continuing as a customer with these guys.
