My linen, pinch pleat drapes look far more expensive than they were. Only advice I have though is to make sure you get a fabric sample before ordering. My color was not exactly what I was expecting, but that’s my fault for not getting a sample.

The curtains look great! - They don't look inexpensive, although they were (relatively.) I don't think you can do better value-wise. They also arrived promptly and Chadmade was very responsive. I'll definitely order again. Take your time in measuring and reading guidelines for different widths, depending on your style-type.

These curtains were delivered within a few weeks and they are of great quality with a beautiful linen-like texture but without the creasing. They let the light in (I got white beige unlined) but you can’t see through them. Really impressed and would order again.

Beware I ordered samples 6 weeks ago and they charged my card immediately I have yet to receive shipment notification or my samples. I’ve requested my refund. I’ll update this review if I ever receive a refund.

I had an issue with some outdoor curtains that in my opinion faded prematurely. I sent a letter to the company with a picture and description of my issue. In less than 24 hours ChadMade responded to me telling me they will be sending me all new replacement panels. There was no question on their part, offered replacement immediately. All I can say is outstanding customer service!! Thank you again.
