Obtaining a mortgage can be a stressful endeavor. Working with Eduardo made the whole process easy. A mortgage application is not without complications. Eduardo knew how to resolve anything that came up. He is a seasoned professional and made the whole process painless. I would highly recommend his services.

Scammed for over €400. Was asked to put € down to hold the property before a viewing could be carried out as was doing this from abroad. No agreement entered. Just good faith and the verbal assurance that should it not go ahead I would get this € back. At the viewing the land lady told me the neighbour across the hall is racist and will call the police on me repeatedly, just FYI. I of course cancelled. The property was only held for 3 days and she kept €412.50 of my money. Appalled. Awful experience. My agent Joel says he did what he could but the whole ordeal just seemed borderline criminal to me.

We had appointed Eudardo for helping us in our bank mortgage for purchase of apartment in Lisbon. We had a very good interaction with him and a very positive feel when we spoke to him. We had to go down to India to sell off our apartment and other formalities , meanwhile Eduardo was supposed to do the paperwork for the mortgage in Lisbon, Everything seemed to be sailing smoothly until we arrived back in Lisbon and came to know that the bank had not approved our loan, We were very shocked and in great tension as we had already done the 10% pre-payment for the apartment and would lose that money if the bank did not approve the loan. But Eduardo worked really hard and resubmitted our application with other branch and managed to successfully procure our loan. We are very grateful to Eduardo for all the effort that he put in and for his professionalism even though we had a roller coaster ride and sleepless nights initially, it ended well and the goal was achieved and we are now very happy with our apartment

Eduardo is honest, responsive and kind. He's brilliant with his work, and an extremely direct loan officer. Being a 15 year loan officer in the USA, It's easy for me to see who is sharp and who is not. Eduardo is the one you want on your team!!! Wow. I couldn't have been happier with the help we received from Eduardo Marcos. Coming to Portugal was terrifying enough but as Eduardo explains everything meticulously we never felt lost through the property purchase. Even when things didn't go to plan with our initial property purchase, Eduardo was always there with his advice and good humour via what's app which helped us to communicate much more easily rather than email.
