DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order in October, delivery quoted was 5 days. I've e-mailed their "helpline" 4 times now, and not received a single response. This is clearly a scam

I placed my order on 28th October, and according to their website, UK standard delivery takes 2 - 4 days. It’s now 5th November, and I have received absolutely nothing.

I’ve sent three emails (on 2nd, 4th, and 5th November) to their contact address no reply at all. Not even a confirmation or tracking update. It’s extremely frustrating and feels completely unprofessional.

At this point, I’m genuinely starting to believe this company might be a scam. They take your money and then ignore all communication. I will be reporting this to my bank as fraud if I don’t get a response soon.

Please be careful before ordering from this site. I wish I had checked reviews first. Terrible service, zero communication, and no product received.

I transfered 52pounds into your account, up till now, I did not receive my skin products. No messages from CG skincare. And no email to explain what was going on.
Recently, I noticed that they are back on Instagram, I messaged send an email for a refund since I didn't get my products and there has not been any response from them. I won't be quiet until I get back my money. So people should beware of them.

I ordered Snow White Powder 50g in Feb 2024 and haven't received it yet. I sent many emails and post letters including one that the Citizens Advice recommended. We are now in the process of escalating the issue. Beware - if you buy you won't get your material or your money.

You guys are a scam from last year I have make order till now I haven’t received my order send my order or refund my money you close the website for a year and you come back to stolen again you think I forgot 😡

I had an awful experience with CG Skincare. I placed an order and never received the product. What’s worse, I started noticing recurring charges on my credit card despite not signing up for any subscription.

I emailed their customer service multiple times and never received a single response. No phone number, no help, just complete silence. This feels like a scam operation designed to steal your money and disappear.

Do not trust this website – they take your payment, don’t deliver the product, and then keep charging you without permission. I’ve had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and block them.

Save yourself the headache and stay far away from CG Skincare.

I ordered the first time and wanted to cancel but no one responded to my email . I never got the product I paid for and my money was never refunded to me . No one responded to my emails .

I ordered last year, spent over £300 and they never fulfilled the order. They then disappeared with all the money and have now come back. They are a scam company, please see all the reviews!!!

I ordered from this company in 2022, £85 for a bottle of lotion, I did a patch test and it gave me a horrible reaction! I did this because I could tell instantly the bottle didn’t look professional and had no ingredients or information on the back of a poorly stuck on label, so I sent it straight back. They ignored mulitiple emails and I never got my money back despite returning it a day later!!! Then the website closed down and because they’ve since reopened it I’ve emailed again, twice, no response again! I’ll be reporting this website. PLEASE AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY ITS A SCAM.

Placed an order on 5th March 2024 and yet to receive any. I used my fiancé’s credit card and the total bill is EU$800. He is livid and have contacted the Credit card company to take action.
I have contacted CGskincare via email multiple times with no responses. They completely ignored me and it hurts.
Now, their website is shut down but i still see them on Amazon and other 3rd party sites. I really hope the credit card company get them real good.

ORDER #CG8542GB. Im yet to receive anything and it’s now almost March! No reply whatsoever! Contacted them via email, Instagram, even through a youtuber that recommended them, still nothing.Just a bunch of scammers!!

Placed an order two weeks ago and never received the item or a confirmation that it was shipped. Tried contacting them but no reply.

I take pride in my skincare routine and always use high-quality products. I started using the retinol serum from CG Skincare and I love it. I figured that maybe because of the aloe vera, it doesn't dry my skin at all, like the other one I was using from a different brand. I like the way it's formulated and the most important thing is that my skin doesn't get dry and flaky after using it. Delivery was quick too, so will definitely buy again.

They are a fraud website. Pls don’t trust. I ordered 3 weeks back paid £108, no update. Sent multiple emails no response. There is no number to call. It’s a scam

No comms. Not received order, no reply to emails. Absolute joke

Terrible customer service.
I went through hell went I needed to get in touch with them, upto this date I haven't gotten a reply from them.
The skincare products are great and of good quality, but they need to improve their customer service.

bribing people by writing a review and offering them a giftcard once reviews written dont even send products

You guys are awful in every possible way!

I am still waiting for my order to arrive and have had no correspondence since my first email? Considering I should have received my package on the 15th.. I’m not too concerned pleased with the service thus far…
