Terrible experience that lead into a court case against this company for the replacement of the damage the produced due to their missing knowledge
When I decided to install solar panels there was a reasonable choice, but based on a friends recommendation we went with Charles of CGP Solar and are glad we did.
Installation was completed quickly and efficiently and Charles arranged for the required EAC inspection so our system was signed off and connected to the grid quickly and without any problems. CGP also arranged for us to be accompanied to EAC to sign the relative papers re the solar installation and helped us with the complexities of completing the grant application.
Charles takes his customer service seriously and has always responded promptly to any of our queries and has been helpful and knowledgeable throughout.
We got several quotes before starting and only CGP did a site survey before quoting.
We would recommend Charles of CGP Solar without hesitation, particularly as non Cypriot speakers, when the support from CGP to deal with the grant and EAC was invaluable.
Sadly we had a bad experience of dealing with CGP Solar Energy Ltd in Paphos Cyprus
Full payment was made by Credit Card €5,800 on the 3rd January 2024 for a 4Kw System.
We paid In full with the promise of a Priority Installation, however, not connected to the grid until 14 May 2024
On receiving our credit card statement we noticed the payment had been taken by Paphos Rentals.
