Amazing service from Carol and Callum.
The mortgage process was stress free (as much as it can be) from start to finish everything was explained in terms I could understand and my questions and concerns were answered.
Very friendly and professional.

We recently obtained a new mortgage as part of an incredibly stressful house move. Carol and Callum at CFP could not have been more helpful, they didn't cause any stress at all and I can't thank them enough. We dealt with Carol initially who was very efficient and friendly and found us deals to match exactly what we were looking for. From there we dealt with Callum. I would say Callum's updates, response times, chasing of our solicitor (source of the stress), keeping us in the loop, friendliness and attitude most likely went above and beyond what is expected of his role and we can't thank him enough.

He was very thorough, professional, easy to contact and ensured everything was in place for the purchase of our new family car. Unfortunately I had some issues with the seller but Phil talked me through the steps to resolve the issues without the need for including the authorities.

I've used George and Callum twice now for mortgages. Once as a remortgage and this time purchasing.
George is very timely in both responding to messages and getting everything dealt with, my application was in and approved within a 2 working day process.
In my previous remortgage he kept an eye on rates and was able to secure a better rate during the process which was great.

I have been with this mortgage advisor for a few years and I have received grwat professional advice when my mortgage was coming to an end. This company also keep in touch with me yo unsure the product is still meeting my requirements and will get in touch in plenty of time to offer me professional advice when mh mortgage deal is coming to an end.
