I still haven’t received my order, and there is no way to get in touch with the company. Their email doesn’t work, and I haven’t been able to reach them through any other means. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I placed an order with Creamy Fabrics on Monday, June 16th. At the time of purchase, they stated that delivery would take three to five days. Unfortunately, it has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received anything.

I’ve tried reaching out multiple times via WhatsApp and email, but haven’t received any response. In fact, my emails keep bouncing back, which is very frustrating.

I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication and reliability. I expected better service and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I made a purchase on the 15th of June. Like everyone else, I still haven't received an email with a track and trace code. I sent an email about this last Sunday, but they just sent me my order overview. A lot of influencers promote this brand, but don't order!

I made a purchase from this company on June 17th, and the delivery was supposed to take 3 to 5 days. It has now been 7 days, and I still haven’t received anything. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve tried contacting creamyfabrics multiple times via email, but all my messages bounce back undelivered. The lack of communication and service is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Update: today June 27, received the product that i ordered.

I have bougth a few items late May.
I then received a order confirmation and that about it,
I have send multiple emails to their customer service, send DM;s all without any response.
Order number is cf1124369

All while posting lots of content on their account.

What a waste of money,

ordered 10 days ago and still dont have my package while its said on the website it will get here in 3-5 days. when i try to get in contact with them they just reply with check the ordersite, while i clearly asked them when its gonna be shipped chz its been a while already. they also reply in deutsch which is annoying, i cant even understand and have to use translate. really bad service, theyre not replying anymore. i ordered for more than 120 euros.

Ordered more than 8 days ago, no delivery, no reply on my mails and no reply on the whatsapp number!

Ordered here because the website said it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. Send an email after a few days to check, and got the promise that it would be send within two days. Now, three days later, still no delivery details and it’s 6 days since I have ordered. Also, since Thursday no possibility to have any contact, as they don’t reply to the email. Very bad service.

I’ve ordered here several times and only had great experiences. I absolutely love the products and have recommended them to all my friends. Even when I had to return something, I got my money back quickly. Highly recommend!

I ordered 2 products 27th of may but didnt receive anything. Your emailadres isnt working? Can you please give me the status of delivery? I also send two emails but im not sure if you received them because it is a automatic response. Otherwise i want my money back

The package was delivered by post. Presumably left behind in our garden, I received no notice of this.
Only discovered later and of course only then the items were tried on and tested. I was satisfied with one item and wanted to return two. Apparently the return period has already expired? I properly contact the company in question, and I receive an automatic reply m with a short answer that it was not possible.
Is this how we treat customers nowadays? Bought this product after seeing it on several infuencers but unfortunately very disappointed with the service.
